Just picked up one large specialty pizza that was suppose to have no cheese on it and only alfredo sauce. The pizza had zero sauce and all the meats were falling off since there was nothing to hold on to. If I did not have to drive 6 miles back to this store I would have returned it and complained.

I placed an order for 2 boneless wings at 222pm today as of 313 it was barely being made. when i called the store no one answered the phone for nearly 15min the was told that they only have 1 driver and that there was nothing they could do at all and that they could only cancel the order. the lady that answered was terribly rude my office orders alot from them because i place all the orders customer service needs some training at this location. this has been a regular occurance as of late but im now fed up with it and will be taking my buisness unless something can be done.

My address is 8 mins from this store and they refuse to deliver and they are so rude about it. They ask what subdivision you live in and as soon as you tell them the commons NOPE WE DONT DELIVER TO THE COMMONS!! OK I will continue spending my money with pizza hut. I don't really know how they are staying business by not delivering to the commons That's like close to 1/3 to 1/2 of Huffman's population. But what ever....GOOD LUCK

Per the app it would take 15 -20 min for order to be ready. Arrived at almost 15 min. Waited an additional 10 min to get the “free pizza if not deliver to my vehicle within 2 min of it being ready”. After 6 min past completed time I go in and they claim they don’t do that 2 min for free pizza anymore… but yet it’s still on the app. Their oven started not working supposedly so there was even more of a delay so they gave me a free 2 liter of soda, which I didn’t want nor need. I see they are hiring and probably short staffed. But still, to completely just disregard the app promo….. why is it still on the app?? I’m not upset about oven going out, it’s the promo app that the seemed to be manager completely blew off. Frustrating.

The the manager refused US currency wanted to know if I had another form of payment all I had was large bills on me they refused to tell me why they would not accept it so therefore I'm giving y'all a rating of one because there is no zero

I ordered online & paid in store for a pizza + a drink that was only 14.26, I checked my bank account and they charged me 53.61. I figured it was a mistake from the employees because when I initially paid it took a while and it looked like there was something wrong with their system. I understand mistakes like this happen so I called the store to get refunded and the manager was very rude and unhelpful. He told me I’d have to dispute it with my bank because there was nothing he could do. I asked him if I could send him a screenshot to show him this had nothing to do with my bank and he said it wouldn’t change anything. All the other workers are great but this level of customer service from the manager is unacceptable.

The manager ( WENDALL ) is ALWAYS in a bad mood, edgy, and quite frankly makes me not want to go back! Everyone else I’ve encountered including the delivery driver is good. The food is great. I had to leave a 1 star because without good management there is nothing.

Pizza is always good! But, this review is more about the Domino's Pizza insurance. We had picked up four large pizzas and upon walking into our residence, one of the pizzas took a fall. We picked up the pizza, returned to Domino's and without hesitation the friendly employees replaced the pizza. Just like the commericial. Thanks DOMINO'S!!
