See previous reviews. Ordered our food with a delivery time. Almost 10 minutes after delivery time we get a text from the delivery driver saying they’ll be here in 15 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later our food arrives cold. When you have to reheat your food to eat it then service is lacking. Everyone says pizza is better reheated but this isn’t what you expect the day you order it. Not terrible food but order way before your family is hungry. And their response like most corporations will be this is not our standard, blah, blah, blah. Just know you’re another number.

Pizzas were hot, fresh and ready upon my arrival. Very friendly and courteous staff. Ordered thru the app which was somewhat unclear as I wanted to pick up instead of delivery. The app stated in order to change from delivery to pick up that I would have to start my order over. However it was still saved on the app. May need to make that minor change in the app.

Astros are in the playoffs and I decided to order pizza...oh no! I got my delivery a little later after expected but it was still hot and exactly what I ordered. I asked the delivery driver if he was okay and if it was busy...he looked puzzled. I gave him a tip told him I know you will be busy this Halloween weekend be safe and about 20 minutes after he left I got a text. From John "thank you for the kids I hope you enjoy your pizza have a good night". Thank you John for showing me appreciation, from one customer service persons to another...thank you.

Just ordered 2 of the Detroit style pizzas, supreme. Ordered at 6:38, showed up at 8:05. Box and commercials say cheese to the edge, loaded w toppings. Lies. It's a mushy bland mess.

New pizza hut location! Very nice customer service. We order carryout, arrived a few minutes early so while we waited outside a nice gentleman came to take our payment and brought us the pizza when it was ready.

Welcome to Huffman! The Pizza Hut app is truly the easiest app to use when ordering pizza. Very user friendly in building and editing each of the pizzas. Did the curbside pickup, and the employee brought the pizzas out to my car within minutes of arriving. Total time from ordering to receiving the pizza was approximately eleven minutes. The Beyond Italian Sausage pizza with an assortment of vegetables was well worth it!! Definitely will return to Pizza Hut in the future.
