These guys make me laugh. They literally have no idea what their doing! Like they just make it up as they go. The one guy he was one of the ones there when I went in Jan to get my phone. He of course lied and told us the phone was still on promotion only to find out he lied let's go ahead and blame poor training on that one but hey who cares right cause they aren't paying for it. I'd do anything for the sale too if I was on mostly commission pay. Well there you have it. T freaking mobile. Where no one really knows what they're doing and the customer service reps make it up as they lie along with it. Lie now fix it later type of business. Don't do it! Go to Verizon

They are absolutely wonderful in migrating my four phones and a tablet over from Sprint, they spent several hours working so hard to make things easy for myself and my family!!! Thank you guys!!!😊☺

Don't trust them! They will advertise an item as "Free" and you will be paying for it along with a service charge. You'll then get the run around when you try to return the item and cancel the service charge. Very deceptive.

I went to the other T-Mobile store down the street and no one was able to help me at all they were completely useless I walked into this store and the manager was on his game helped with everything I needed would recommend anyone going to this location very professional

Every time I go in there I feel like I am a priority. The salespeople are so nice, and always accommodating. The last time I went in there with an issue on my phone that was such an easy fix. Taylor and Tyler were working and they were more than happy to help. We just laughed it off. But I just really appreciated that. If they are doing that for me, I know they are doing that for other people.

I came in a couple weeks ago with my mother, and we were helped by Tyler and Xavier. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the experience a very positive one. We didn't feel pressured at any point, and they made recommendations that made sense for us, and not to just bring our total up. I definitely recommend them!

Walked in and wasn't even addressed. No one said hello. One guy walked to back room and never came back and left other gentlemen to tend to another customer in front of me and myself. Store feels very cramped so when you wait, the space seems to get smaller. I left after 14 min of standing. Need chairs if this is the kind of service offered moving forward, for us older people.

Opened an account right before Christmas and the staff started out super nice and helpful but after receiving my first bill I noticed it was not correct. I was not on the correct plan, I was being charged for too many lines that didn't even have phones on them, I was charged for accessories that they never asked if I wanted and the tablet they said would be free I'm being charged for. Also my bill was almost double what we had discussed. I called T-Mobile and they referred me back to the store to correct the issues. I spent a few hours in the store while the manager looked at surveillance videos to make sure I wasn't making up a story. I was very understanding as the manager really seemed to be making an effort after seeing the video and that I could prove I was not sold the correct plan or even close to what the sales men explained the manager started to apologize. Thank goodness I also had all the sim cards and paperwork to prove I wasn't making anything up as well. The manager was able to have a $100ish dollar credit applied to my account and said she would follow through to make it right and would be in contact. In good hopes and trusting their word I saw the $100 credit on my account and waited for the next bill. When I saw it only went down $16.00 and I never heard anything from the Alliance store I called customer service again. Long story short...............I have talked to corporate may times and have a book of contacts on my record there. My account is a mess..... I have only had success with one T-Mobile Phone Customer Service that can figure it out.... Thank you Jennifer!!!! Jennifer also tried to get ahold of the Alliance store manager and was unsuccessful. So if the Store actually reads this; when a customer comes in and your employee undoubtedly screwed up and the customer is way more than understanding, you fix the problem for them. It has taken 3 months at little to no help from T-Mobile to fix this .

The staff helped me move from Verizon to T-Mobile. They broke down the bill and showed me how much I would save per month and how many more benefits I would get. It was the best decision I ever made.
