I was just passing through! I stopped in for gum and the restroom. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice young man. I found my gum, went to the restroom. Wicth was clean BTW! All in all, another great experience!!

I was just passing through! I stopped in for gum and the restroom. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice young man. I found my gum, went to the restroom. Wicth was clean BTW! All in all, another great experience!!

This store always looked dingy and dirty because of the floors which is annoying. I can see that management must have changed because the store and employees seem to take pride in thier work now.

He is dry with absolutely no people skills. DG has always been my favorite place to shop but the location in Huntington has me about to take my business across the street to Family dollar. Hunrington dollar general needs a management overhaul!

Giving this store 5 stars based solely on the staff. 99% of the people working there are wonderful. Overall, they make up for anything else the store lacks. Especially Corinne, who I think is the assistant manager.

The new management at this store is hostile towards the customer base. I have rented carpet cleaning systems from this location for 3 years, all included, this would be about 6-8 rentals. We were met with hostility when trying to rent the equipment, and upon returning the equipment (which was clean), we were told we would be charged $30 because of 1 dog hair in a part of the machine that is inaccessible without taking it apart. The manager checking this equipment out and back in was the same female, very unprofessional and hostile. The addition of this person to the staff at this store has prompted me to quit shopping and renting from this location.
