I'm new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. Silk Nails did not disappoint! Lannie was fast, friendly and did an excellent job. I needed a soak off and full set. She did it all in less than an hour and my nails look fantastic! I highly recommend!! They have a new client in me. Thank you!!!

I went in to get a full set 2 weeks ago. I had never been here before so I was put with a guy. He seemed nice enough I had a reference picture of how I would like my nails however it was in blue so I asked if he could just replace the blue with black he began to be pushy and asked why not just keep the blue. After going back and forth for a bit I said whatever go ahead and just do it. In my reference picture on the ring finger there was a really nice dotted flower. What did he give me you ask? Something that looked like a smudge. On top of that the area was not clean and there was Nail’s all over the work area. The Nail’s overall were not that great. And he was probably in a rush as he was not the one who charged me cause by the time he had finished my Nail’s and I went to wash my hands he was out the door. I decide whatever and kept them on for two weeks. I decide you know maybe this was a one time thing and went back. Nobody greeted me or even acknowledged me so I just sat in the waiting area. Less than 3 mins later and someone else walks in and are immediately greeted and asked how they can be assisted. Will not be back here again and would definitely not recommend to my friends or family. Worst experience I have had with a nail spot. Service: Acrylic nails

It was not a bad experience, but I think they only cater to fake nails. I got the 2nd option on both my mani and padi. Exfoliation of my heels was ok, little to no message though on my feet. I love the wax but that is pretty standard anywhere (when you pick the option for it). The provided a small neck rub that was both welcome and unexpected. I always do French nails because I like the look. No base coat for the white, no pink coat for the other portion of my nails, and the top coat I realized later didn't even cover the entire nail. My sister's white is already chipping because it was just not quality work. I got this done on Wednesday have done no house work or any type of work for that matter and the nails just don't look good compared to even walmart salon. I will say the toe polish is good, good brand, enough coats, base and completely applied top coat. You can see in these pictures that the top coat isn't on the entire nail, they were in too big of hurry to take the next person I feel.

Was in for a quick pedicure. We’re very rude and disrespectful. Equipment was un sanitized. Other customers were offered drinks and we were not. Lady did not paint whole nail. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning here.

I've been coming since they opened and always leave happy! You definitely need to book your appointment ahead of time nights and weekends are extremely busy ! But once you're in a seat you will never be disappointed! Mary has made my natural nails grow stronger and longer. She knows how to get me to try new things without being pushy. Once she learns what you like, you can count on a consistently great finished product! This is subtle bling with my usual colors for my birthday.
