If I could give negative stars I would. I order popcorn chicken and a hot dog. Combo meals. Both combos were undercooked. I returned the food and told the Manger I no longer won't the food and would like a refund. He took my food then threw it in the trash and came back with another hot dog and chicken after I said I didn't want the the food. I asked for a refund again. So then the Manger comes out and try to only refund me 7.00 dollars on my 17.89 order and I even tipped the person that brought my food out to make it an even 20.00. The manager refused to refund and got physical with me snatching money and receipts out of my hand. This all happened on camera as well. The entire crew should be fire and the manager is terrible. This happened at 12:30 on 9/8/22

It's a great place BUT! The dude handed me my ice cream with his fingers touching the cone! Uuuh! Sonic needs to provide a wrapper for the ice cream cones!

It's an old location but it still puts out good enough food to come back. Sadly it's starting to seem like the brand/the manager doesn't want to invest in the location to make it a bit more enticing.

This is a good location. Always makes my shake extra good. My kid loves the hotdogs and the blasts.

After they said that someone was in the way with my food, I still waited a long time. It was very busy, but that doesn't make sense to me.

This Sonic should be closed down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They take absolutely forever, even just for a drink. Today we ordered a drink and fries. Our order was cleared from the screen but never came. We had to call and repeat it to them. When it finally arrived the drinks were melted and fries were cold. This has happens regularly, I am tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt. They will never get better. Don’t bother calling the manager, I found plastic in my food a several months ago and called to report it using the number on the receipt, in case it was in anyone else’s. It went to his cell phone and he told me he wasn’t at the store so there was nothing that could be done. This place is a joke, your better off driving a few more miles to somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

Took 15 minutes to get 2 drinks and a pretzel. Drinks had been sitting a while because the ice was melted and the pretzel was cold. I am annoyed with their app which I downloaded to get half price drinks. I'm diabetic, this is one of the few places that offer a diet drink that I like, but for some reason I can't order a diet strawberry limeade through their app. I can order a diet limeade, a diet cherry limeade which tastes like dishwater to me, but not my preferred drink unless I pay for add ons. This defeats the half off drinks with the app. Every other drink on their menu seems to be included except this. Annoyed!!!
