I had an outstanding experience at this shop. I blew two tires in an early morning road hazard incident. I arrived at the shop rattled, in a tow truck with my vehicle, about an hour before opening time. One employee, Keith, arrived shortly after I did. He disarmed the shop’s alarm and invited me in for coffee, even though it was still well before opening time. He showed genuine kindness and concern with my predicament which had the effect of calming me down. He also provided expert advice and reassurance about the tires and services I would need to get back on the road. Furthermore, my vehicle was taken care of and returned to me 2 hours before promised. In my opinion, Keith is a terrific representative of Goodyear in that he is extremely professional and puts his customers first. Also to be commended at this shop is James who has helped me in the past with similar courtesy and professionalism. I will always be a Goodyear customer.

The system Tried to force me to purchase the highest oil change possible according to the tech when visiting this location however when you schedule online it gives you the option to go with which ever one you choose. The system is rig to scam no wonder the store was empty I do not recommend go to instant Valvoline best customer service & option for oil change

These guys are dependable and have your back. Despite the prices that I am sometimes quoted it’s worth every penny. Since they strive to get the best quality parts and deliver service that they can. And always back their plays, with taking care of mistakes. Because of this high standard for quality it does take time, but if you what the job done right they need the time. So trust them. And, be courteous about giving them plenty for time to serve you. And you will be amazed with the high quality of service you will get. Also, if your ever in a pinch Alex is amazing. He’s an auto wizard and amazing rep for Goodyear. Dedicated to taking care of his customers to the best of his ability.

Great customer service which is hard to find today! Had my tires in stock and had my vehicle ready to go quickly. They also do oil changes so it saved me a stop.

If o could give negative stars I would. IF I COULD PAY TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I called Alex Goodyear 1488 at 1ish on Tuesday Nov. 30th to make an appointment at 8:00 am Wednesday, Dec 1. Wife shows up for a simple patch repair. (I own an automotive business in the woodlands and I know the ins and outs of any vehicle that’s in front of me, so this is not just being said) . The wife asked because she was on her way to work how long it would take and I told her 30 minutes. An hour later she walks and ask about her vehicle and realizes nobody’s even worked on it yet. 1hour and 30 mins later my wife leaves to work obviously late. No apology’s no comp. When I called yesterday and spoke to manager and asked about the specific appointment I explained that people had to be somewhere that’s why I scheduled it for the next day. The gentleman Alex said this will not be an issue. So no excuses they could give would be appropriate for the situation. I don’t care if they’re trying to upsell there was nothing upsell on the car with 20,000 miles on it Pitiful

Larry G. was very friendly and helpful and was able to get the correct size tires for my Toyota Tundra in less than a day. He scheduled a time for me to have my tires installed and I was in and out in about an hour. Fantastic service and the facility was very nice and comfortable. This was my first time at this Goodyear location but I will be back in the future! Very happy!

I went in with a screw in the center of my tire for a patch. The guy (don't remember name) checked it out and confirmed the screw went in flat into the top layer of rubber and didn't puncture the tire so no repair was needed. He removed the screw tested for leaks and that was it. Could have definitely tried to sell me something but I walked out for $0. I will be going here when my car(s) need tires or repairs!

Overall, my experience here was great- I needed new tires and decided to stop in one afternoon to ask some questions. They were busy and had a few people waiting but Mike took a minute to help me make an informed decision based on my needs and concerns. The tires weren’t readily available so I had to make an appointment to go back another day, which worked great with my schedule anyway. When I went back for my appointment I was greeted by Chuck when I walked in, who was also very friendly. Generally speaking, I don’t like the back and forth that happens at places like this because I feel like they will always find something else for you to spend money on and I’m always questioning whether I really need things, etc.. This was not entirely the case here. They did find a few other issues (of course). Some I already suspected, and some I’m grateful were brought to my attention. Again, Mike was very helpful and explained things to me in ways that made sense (not being highly educated about vehicles, I appreciated this). I have a daily 60+ mile commute so I want to feel good when I’m in my truck, and I want to feel safe on the road. Not being the most car savvy person, I can probably be easily taken advantage of or led to believe I need things when I don’t. With that being said, I felt like he was honest and wanted me to feel informed about the why’s behind the what- and if something didn’t need an emergency fix or could hold off awhile, he told me as much, which I also appreciated. In the end, I did come out spending a little more than I had anticipated but could have easily denied or put off a few things that they recommended without feeling pressured to add things on, so I honestly did it to myself. Larry (who was also so nice), helped me get out the door, explaining how to go about getting the rebate on my tires and answering a few other questions I had. Overall, A+ friendly service.

Went in there yesterday needing tires and brakes and a bunch of other things. Great service by Beau, kept me updated and felt like a reasonable value. Always went to NTB, but after standing in their lobby for 10 min without anyone saying anything to me even though one lady was at the computer without a customer, I drove across the street and got great service. This is my new place.

Came in for tire service. The sales associate who helped me was very nice and informative. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the tires he sold me and left me feeling confident I was getting the best fit for my needs. The technicians seemed to know their stuff and got my car in and out in less time than I bargained for. Overall my experience was great. They have earned a repeat customer.
