The prices have gone up really high. I paid 22 bucks for 12 wings! To the point where the manager was embarrassed.. n tried to give a discount. Not her fault. Inflation sucks

My pizza was wrong, but was fresh and hot, told them about it and they fixed they brought me my pizza and also gave me the other, so I got 2 pizza, which I gave one my neighbors, This pizza hut they always very fast and don't argue with you, thanks to the employees and the Manager.keep up the good work. So where do I start? 👍😁 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!! Ordering was so easy, plus I love how you can do the tip 🤑 for your driver too, in stead of when they come to your door. 🚪 Sometimes, ya just don't have that cash on hand.🤷 I LOVE how fast the delivery was!! 🚗That alone means a LOT!! Believe it or not?, Delivery drivers, respond more to higher tips, but on the flip side of that coin, Its equally true, customers respond and give out higher tips, to deliveries when they're still HOT, and Not Cold, when possible, that is. Just saying. This Works both ways. Having said that, Mine was still SO HOT! You would of thought this Pizza Hut was right next door to me!, Or just brought out of my own Oven!. not Even kidding here .👍😁 The young man that delivered my meal, was so courteous, friendly, & well mannered, WITH a smile😁 My Meat Lovers 🍕 Pizza was so indescribably DELICIOUS!! 😋 but So was the whole meal. WOW! I mean, Perfectly made!! So Hat's off to the Chef on this one!! GREAT JOB PIZZA HUT!! So If your looking for a GREAT Pizza Pace, you need to either order or come down to : Pizza Hut on 2121 N. 23rd St. Here in McAllen TX 78501, I promise you, You won't regret it! and to think, I NEVER leave reviews! Didn't follow instructions I ordered on-line and indicated that I wanted EXTRA cheese. If anything, I think it had LESS.! It was also burned. Not good flavor. It was a BAD experience here.

For the 30 years I have lived in the area for this Pizza Hut and working there in High School the quality has always been good. Small issues where they may have not made an item Well Done but overall has been a good experience.

You really want to know! The pizza was overcooked and I no extra cheese which I paid for. And repeatedly told the employee not to overcook and to add extra cheese. Very sad sad pizza and experience

Horrible service. Aside from the server just putting our food on the table without giving it to the right people at the table, but he never came back around to refill our drinks until after we finished eating. On top of that, there are no changing tables in either restroom, so we had to change my grandson on our table, on his blanket, after we ate.

Food was good but as I was pulling into the parking lot, a dark tall Ford pickup with a Pizza hut sign on top was traveling through the parking lot very fast while the delivery driver had his phone in his hand. I had to honk several times before he noticed me and finally stopped, after which he honked at me and sped away from the restaurant. This guy is a menace to others.

Our pizza was not ready and hot. The pizza and wings were nottasty and delicious. We called and advised location we were outside. We waited for the curbside service and no one ever came out. After 20 minutes, my husband went inside to retrieve our order. The order was not all ready. He still waited for them. The service was not friendly or efficient. The restaurant did not look clean. Once my husband came out and put it in the back seat, we began to drive off and got a foul smell from the food. We definitely will not be ordering Pizza from this location or recommending to anyone. This is not the first time that we have had problems here.

Really liked the redesign, very modern. The service was excellent. Only suggestion is that food comes out together.
