Really bad experience. I had to go to their shop 4 different times for a very easy fix. This took time away from my work and several people committed to give me rides back and forth. None of the 4 times did they do the job right or even apologize. The Mgr. was rude, sent me a text saying they had the part but when I got there they actually didn’t have the part? They put two different looking parts on the outside of my car and thought I wouldn’t notice? The Mgr. sat on the phone talking while I stood there at the counter for about 10 min. I can say there are a few more things that went wrong, but believe me..,, don’t waste your time and money at Joseph’s.

This place was great for a long time. Went here for everything back in the 90s and early 2000s. Last couple of time was really bad. Went there for my truck and not only did they straight up steal my door speakers, but they also messed up the wiring in my truck. Figured I would try again a few years later and the tried to rip me off on my wife's van. Terrible. Go anywhere else.

Joseph's did a great job on my new C8 Corvette. They installed vertical doors, a full aero kit, Forgiato wheels and tires, as well as a full Escort Max Ci Radar & Laser system. Needless to say, this is not only a new car, but a new to market car, so its not like you have a lot of references to guide you on how to do installs, and these guys still pulled it off. They also had great customer service all along the way. If you are looking for a company that can get a quality job done, with competitive pricing and have great service, these are the guys for you.

These guys are great! They have helped me with upgrades on multiple vehicles from custom lighting on a Jeep, new stereo system with Apple CarPlay and backup camera on my Hyundai, to LED headlights on my Toyota, and even tires! Victor, Joel, and the rest of the guys were very respectful and have always given me great service. I check with them first before having any upgrades done to my cars.

Great place and excellent customer service! yes, they are a little busy but that will be patient with you and they will make sure all your needs are met! Joe helped me and actually guided me to the right part! i was going to buy something similar but it would not have worked out. Joe got me the right part at an adorable price and provided me with greatly excellent and excellently great customer service! Made me a customer for life!

Joel is awesome and goes above and beyond for the customer ! I have done a lot of work for him as well as my recent purchase of new rims and tires. The prices are very good and they stand behind their work. Joel told me he saw a scratch on one of the rims that was caused by the shippers and he will order a new one, other places would just put it on and not say a word , not Joel he is very honest. Thank you for all the work you have done to both of my vechicles.
