They will not see you if you're pregnant! Nowhere does it say that when you schedule an appointment online. So if you schedule an appointment, wait 6 hours for the appointment and go there, they won't see you even if it's for allergies if you are pregnant! Incredibly frustrating and a waste of time!

I've been here twice and both times Thomas Kolberg, NP misdiagnosed me. The first time was August 2021 when he said I had allergies. Come to find out from my PCP it was bronchitis. I just went to this Minute clinic again and saw Thomas Kolberg, NP and again he diagnosed me with allergies. Its not allergies it's a swollen amd painful tonsil that is riddled with tonsil stones! He even made a comment about seeing them and still diagnosed me with allergies! I am never coming back!

The worst experience I've had at a minute clinic. Thomas Kolberg, NP didn't listen to a word I had to say about my symptoms and was extremely condescending. I came in with a sinus infection (which I had diagnosed at a different clinic) and he was trying to convince me it was just allergies, which I've never had. He treated me like a "silly women" and talked down to me the whole time. I will never come back to this location.

Be careful about getting a TB test read here, because they'll lie to you and tell you it's negative and it'll be positive.

My husband and I came for flu shots. We had a very good experience. Nurse, Krista Sword, met us promptly for our appointment. She was very friendly and professional. We were in and out right on time. I would highly recommend this CVS Minute Clinic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a walk in clinic, therefore it should take walk in patients. I was denied a visit for my 18 month old son who has pink eye, I'm not from here and I know my insurance is taken here. I was told they are completely booked for the day even though there was no one there and the clinic was set to close in 30 minutes. The practitioner was eating food and talking loudly with someone over the phone. I knocked on the door and explained to her that all he needed was a script for drops for his pink eye. She told me they were booked and that I needed to go elsewhere. This would have never happened at the other minute clinics I have been to . Horrible service and uncompassionate provider. And just so you know I am a health care provider myself.. so this is extremely saddening for me to see.

Didn’t get a text notification after signing up. They need to seriously streamline check-in though, I’ve been to minute clinic like 15 times before. Care provider was good. Prescription took a long time to fill.

Arrived right at opening and signed in. Another gentleman who hadn't signed in was sitting . The nurse informed him he had to sign in, when he couldn't figure it out, she took him anyway. So after waiting forty five minutes, she comes out and calls another patient who hadn't signed in. Another forty five minutes later she finally decided it's ok to see me. Spends five minutes putting my information back in the system because she kept seeing patients before me and screwed the system up. We finally get to the reason for my visit and she informs me it's outside their scope of practice. All together, ninety minutes of my time wasted to be told they can't help. This employee should be suspended or fired for incompetence.

Have been here twice (both times before noon) and wait time is about 40 mins-but they text you when you are up, so you do not have to stay. There is also an online login/line holder option. No problem with payment. Highly satisfied with the Doctors on staff. Especially Thomas Kolberg NP

Maybe consider changing the sign for the clinic hours. It said you can check in 20 minutes prior to closing, but apparently that's a lie. I was like there 50 minutes prior and was turned away. Won't go back to this location ever.
