THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE! BAD REPRESENTATION FOR THE WALGREENS CHAIN!! So, I pop into the local Walgreens serving the Mesquite, TX area near my job. It's eerily quiet, with little foot traffic. I'm thinking this is great, because I can pickup a few snacks before heading back to from after my lunch hour. WRONG! First, is the staff. I approach a female staff member to ask a question regarding a location of an item, and she literally is like running away to the back, immediately saying, we don't stock that item! Well, as I turn to my right I find there is an entire display of items I asked for. Shaking my head, I pickup my items and head to the counter. Now, this is where it gets interesting. No one is in the store expect these two Walgreens staff. One at the register, the other in what I assume, making some sort of purchase. They were joking, winking at each other, laughing, and most importantly, SLOW! I know they could see my urgency, but the more I waited, the slower they were. The cashier appeared to scan little candies and total them, one at a time. The other worker had some weird card he was using to make several little transactions. Around 10-15 minutes passed!!! I was so angry, but nothing kicked in for them to even care. I won't visit again!

The staff is very nice and helpful. They seem very overworked! However, the pharmacy never seems to have the medications and end up having to wait a substantial amount of time for them. Perhaps Walgreens needs to look at their distribution, etc and this was a problem pre-Covid as well.

Terrible user interface for their online ordering system both on the app and online, you set your scripts for auto-fill and delivery and they don't get filled or shipped. Then the pharmacist is rude and unfriendly when you have to go out of your way to come by the store and pick them up when they whole reason you have them set up for delivery is so you can avoid having to deal with going through the pharmacy line. The pharmacist shoved my scripts in the window, slammed the door shut and just walked off, not a thank you, not a sorry for the confusion or inconvenience. I was going to ask her what I could do to avoid this issue in the future but she decided our transaction was done and never returned to the window. Just bad, all the way around.

Dont understand how epmloyees here at walgreens know that WALGREENS itself (THE COMPANY)has digital coupon, perks, and lots of offers. Why in the world apply if they dont want to work as cashiers. Its none of their buisness if we want to participate. Less than 1/4 of these employees are so annoyd to take a transaction with coupons and perks. 🤣 its a joke! If yall dont have the patience to work here then go work cleaning, not customer service!

Decent Walgreens location just like any other but I called a different location to ask about vaccine shots, the phone recording said to make an appointment online so I did and it put it at this location. I must've gotten a reminder email for the date/time of the appointment several times over the week, got there a little early only for them to tell me they were out of vaccine and that I could've just walked in without an appointment. They recommended to try another Walgreens which I did, that one had plenty of vaccine even though there was a line. So why did their phone recording tell me to make an appointment online? That was a huge waste of time and they need to remove that recording.

They closed the pharmacy, meaning NO COVID SHOTS EITHER, even if you had an appointment. There is nothing posted to tell you. Excellent job .... since your website is still bringing people in today that just booked today. Seriously no one plans ahead, thinks ahead, answers phones anymore...

I have shopped at this store ever since it was opened since I moved here in 1979. I am now 63 and carry a small backpack to keep my back straight. I was told today I had to leave my backpack at the front or out in my car even when I explained it was my purse I was treated like dirt. I will never set foot in this store again and I had been talking my mom into putting all her prescriptions here since she is moving to the area in a few weeks. We will take our business elsewhere. I went over to another Walgreens and I was not treated like filth in that store but they did tell me at the checkout when I asked about if they had a problem and was told if he had seen me he would have done the same thing. I pointed out that wouldn't it be very obvious that to steal anything I would have to take the pack off my back, unzip it and set it where while I loaded it up. Do you even have a idea how easy carrying a purse is to stick stuff in it. I feel so dishonored. So I just called up my local CVS and they said absolutely no problem to bring in my small backpack. All my business just got moved.

This used to be my go to pharmacy until the last 2 times they said my prescription would be ready at a specific time and both times when I arrived to pickup they were out of stock. They care absolutely nothing about their customers, they don’t even have the sincerity to call and let me know nor did they offer to call into another pharmacy. They simply leave you with nothing other than a bad taste in your mouth about Walgreens and I will never return to this pointless so called pharmacy.
