Don’t order any thing on line for pickup! What a joke that process is !! Midlothian manager should be fired and on down the line !! Good luck getting your order !! Been up there two times to pick my stuff up from across town and still no product !! No one is EVER at the pick up location to help you. I Asked the guy that runs the self check out right beside it and he said well let’s see if some one shows up !! Keep my product Walmart and I will never step foot in this location EVER again !!!!!

Great store usually... just need new produce stockers because all the veggies an fruit were in terrible condition. An didn't buy any in fear of food poisoning. Once things start to ooze throw them out!!! Health code violation.

I get all wanting to do the job correctly but for Fs, y’all really want people to bring in broken glass to return a coffee maker. On top of that, even stating I had an email from the manufacturer to be able return the item directly to the manufacturer, (because they don’t make the replacement coffee pots) but would cost more money to do so. Online it allows for a return back to Walmart. Nothing states that I needed to bring broken glass back in to the store; considering it’s a hazard to do so. Ridiculous! Online customer service is way better. Allowed for a courtesy refund.

Been coming to this store for groceries for as long as it's been open. Always had good experience with no issues. That changed dramatically over the last few weeks and today was the worst. I average over $300 a week in groceries and gotta say today was my last day. From having check your on items to the little personal shoppers being very rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. Horrible people and I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Pretty nice clean store. Also, one employee was very helpful. Not bad for Walmart. Usually you get zero customer service at Super Walmarts. Next time I'm in Midlothian, I'll definitely return to this Walmart.

Hate self check out all the time but that's another issue. I Accidentally left a plant there in mother's day after spending 34$ on 4 plants. Went back couple days later with receipt. For some reason the receipt had faded in my wallet and was barely legible. It was like pulling teeth to convince them I was there on mothers day. I only went in the garden center and bought 4 plants and I described the checker that checked me. After about an hour I was finally allowed to get the only plant they had left and had to pay a 3.00 difference cause they said my receipt "looked like" I got a smaller plant according to price. It was all they had left and the exact same plant. I've shopped at Walmart since I was 15 years old and I'm now "over 50" and they think I wanna scam them out of 3.00$ wish I never had to go back. Geeze.

Walmart Midlothian Bakery Department - I had an absolutely wonderful experience with ordering my 5 year old's birthday cake here. Not only did they have the dinosaur/volcano themed pull-apart cake ready for me when ordered, but it looked awesome! It tasted good, was very well priced, and the customer service was great. I could not complete the order online, nor on my app, but I ordered in person and they were very accommodating. When I went to pick up, Ms. Koffee handed me my ordered cake and when I told her that I needed a set of 12 chocolate cupcakes with simple icing and sprinkles and that they didn't have any out, she personally frosted and sprinkled some while I waited. She was very helpful and is a great employee. All cupcakes looked and tasted great and the whole process was so easy that it calmed my stress of getting ready for the birthday party.

Grocery pickup has greatly improved and is wonderful. The people bringing out your order are very friendly. The pickup time is greatly improved and fast. Selection is great. They really try to fulfill the orders amd substitutions are good as well.

This is the best experience I've had at a Walmart auto care center. Friendlier staff and shorter wait (about 75min for oil change and tire rotation). I'll be driving a little farther for this improved service.

Walmart delivery not worth the money save it and do pickup, you at least know you will get your order. I had three different drivers take my order other places one to a house im in an apartment. Last time they went across the street and when I tried to call their phone was out of service. Like really! Across the street! Then she took my order once she realized back to store and instead of canceling the $5 tip she kept it! For not delivering my order. And I tried to cancel it but Walmart plus would not allow me to cancel it. Like really! Pickup is so much better! Don't have to worry or anything.
