They had some parts i needed the other store couldn’t get in touch with them then when i get there they were sitting in the office riding the clock out they closed and locked the doors 10 minutes early and wouldn’t let me in then when i finally got there attention the assistant manger was very rude to me and still wouldn’t let me in!!! Very unacceptable!! Absolutely terrible customer service!!

Our battery died at night in the parking lot of a store about 10 minutes from the O’Rielly auto parts store in Mt Pleasant, Texas. I called them to see if there was anything they could do to help us and they did! Leo came to where we were and tried to jump us off. When he couldn’t get our truck to start he went back to the store, got us a battery, came back and put it on. They also checked to make sure our alternator was alright. They didn’t have to do any of this. From the lady who answered the phone to all Leo did for us, our experience was great! They went above and beyond to help us! Many thanks to you all! We truly appreciate all you did for us!!
