Customer Rep. was rude. She has kinda attitude as if as a customer I was a dumb. She was asking unnecessary questions repeatedly when I had an online reservation. I’ve been to may U-Haul places and I’ve had the worse experience at this one.

This place is TRASH and the staff is NOT helpful. You have to have a CREDIT CARD to rent a truck. They can't use a debit card. ONLY a credit card. And, they don't tell you until you're standing there trying to pick up your reserved truck. What am I supposed to do?? Sit here and apply for a credit card while I'm standing in the store? Unbelievable.

Decent storage facility. I mean, it is a U-Haul so can't expect top-notch service. They desperately need more parking for customer vehicles. Several cars are parked awkwardly in the middle of the lot because the few spots available for customer vehicles are all taken.

This location has the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. As I walked up, the female employee asked if I had a reservation. I said yes. I went inside and she remained outside for a few minutes to finish her cigarette. They lost my reservation I made on February 4th so I got all the way from Ohio and had no storage unit. She said the closest available unit was on Grapevine. This unit was supposed to be free for the first month with a one way rental. I asked did she reserve it, she said no I’ll give you the number to call. Wow! Then I called today to let them know I finally found a unit with another company and I needed to drop the truck off in North Richland Hills instead of Grapevine. Andrew said we’re leaving in a few and I “should” be able to drop off there but he couldn’t change it in his system however he could have called reservations to have them change it yet he didn’t even offer. He told me if I have an issue dropping off then I need to call the 800 number. After their error they can’t seem to provide decent customer. I guess Uhaul has gotten too big for their own britches. I’ll never use them again anywhere.

This is my second time renting a storage unit at this location. My first experience was last spring with a 3-month rental of 3 separate units. All went well...very clean facility...helpful customer service. For this second rental, I completed it online and received a texted access code and the unit was as expected. When I came to move in today, there was a constant mist that motivated me to get the items moved into my unit as quickly as possible. I arrived at the loading dock only to find all of the spaces occupied by vehicles that were parked with no one unloading any items. While I waited for an open spot (in the misty rain) an employee came out and retrieved something from their car and then went back inside before I could ask about moving their car and letting me unload. I ended up parking in an awkward angle that made unloading my truck rather inconvenient. Out of the 3 trips I made today, only one of them had an empty space for me to properly use the loading dock. FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS, do not allow anyone who is not loading or unloading to park at the loading dock!! I would appreciate a reply from the manager.

BEWARE!!! Storage units infested with RATS!!! I had multiple storage units from this location and I found an actual rat inside one upon move out and the other units were full of rat droppings!!! I had to throw out almost all of my stuff that I stored there. So gross!!! Will never use this location again. Warn everyone you know so they can avoid the same fate!!!

I made a purchase of a reusable item at this place of business. The cashier was efficient and cordial during my recent visit. The storefront was seemingly clean and spacious. I would return to this location if I needed the specific types of goods and services that they offer.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Extremely helpful. I was in and out with boxes and great service within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to rent a truck from. Good in town rates and more importantly staff that cares. My keychain broke in the truck and got stuck between the seats. The staff here including the General Manager David, went above and beyond to get my belongings back and really helped save the day. Thank you!
