I was on hold with the pharmacy for 22 minutes. Every other minute or so it would ring, answer and then place me on hold again. If your team is understaffed and overwhelmed you should hire an answering service to better assist them. It’s added stress for staff and a terrible customer service experience for everyone else.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. They don’t have anything done when they say, put you meds back so you have to call and get them redone. Then they call and say it’s ready so I left and got there immediately. Walked up at 1:30 on the dot and they wouldn’t give me my meds.. said they closed for lunch at 1:30. Just done with this pharmacy altogether. This is my 3rd trip for this same medicine that I’m now having withdrawals from.

Managers need to check what's going on in the pharmacy. Its disrespectful the waiting time in the drive through and inside. I dont think the pharmacy attendant are doing well their job. They make u wait sometimes without a reason. They are causing the caos intentionally

I have learned to renew my prescriptions as early as possible here. They'll give me a pick up time, something like tomorrow at noon. Days and days pass before the prescriptions are ready. The pick up lines and wait time to pick up prescriptions are always insanely, abnormally long. I understand there is a pandemic and all of the madness associated with it. I also understand if they give me a time and day that my prescriptions will be ready, they should be ready (at least remotely close to that time.) Refill your prescriptions as absolutely early as possible because you will 100% be waiting and waiting for them.

Online states the hours as open till 10pm. 9:01 and it's closed and dark. We then see the changed hours sign. I would just be frustrated but when I came to pick up prescriptions the last time they were late opening as well. Late per their changed hours sign. I understand there's a whole pandemic going on, but there are some that struggle to even get there the first time for their much needed prescriptions. Do better. -Karen's everywhere.
