Service King kept me updated on the status of my car being estimated after an accident. They were extremely thorough and quick. Having an Enterprise on site was super convenient for getting a rental. Although my car ended up being totaled, they were great to work with. I'd recommend them for any body work repairs.

They kept my car 4 weeks for minor damage and Adam lied to me about when it would be ready and I never heard from him again. He wouldn't return any calls and I had to go up there to get a response. I met the manager Jonathan and he delivered a week later. He's the only reason they get a 2.

I would highly recommend this location and although my repair took awhile (at absolutely no fault of their own) I have been beyond happy with the entire process. Cheryl and Jonathan have kept me updated throughout the entire thing, and when my lift kit came in damaged from the vendor they made sure to let me know every shipping update they received. I think it’s important to remember that the wait times are not their fault, things are hard to get right now no matter where you are. There’s a shortage in parts, labor, and supplies everywhere and sometimes people forget that everyone is just trying to do their best. They have gone out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect and exactly how it was prior to my accident. This place claimed it would cost over $10,000 in repairs for my pickup which suffered a low speed front end collision. Claimed there was all kinds of frame damage and suspension damage. Did you guys even look under the truck? I had it fixed it in two weekends (maybe nine hours of labor) for less than $1000 including parts. I also had another mechanic inspect the work and give it a clean pass. Service King? More like Service Court Jester, because you guys are a joke. I’m back on the road with zero credit to you guys.
