The clothes that I purchased were top notch and Craig helped every step of the way. He was very patient and displayed professionalism throughout my entire visit. I’m very satisfied with the level of customer service that I received and look forward to returning to enhance my wardrobe.

My husband and son rented suits from here for our wedding and they had gotten measured in-store with an associate. They have you pick up the suits the day before an event and my son was at school so he wasn’t able to try it on there, but when he got home we realized his pants were about 10 inches too short. We had to rip out the hems and iron press the creases for a long time to make them look decent. Not sure how this happened, and we spoke with an associate to please let the tailor know that the measurements were way off so that this didn’t happen to someone else. They did not take responsibility for it, but they definitely made a mistake at some point in this process. Will not go here again to rent suits.

Awesome experience at this particular Men’s Warehouse. Diamond was the one who helped me go through suits that best fit me, and she was amazing! Great service that I hardly found in other suit stores around the area. If you are looking for a suit, she will hook you up! However, all associates were very helpful in the store and will treat you right

I took my son to get a new suit for homecoming. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and Craig helped us find the perfect suit. He helped us pick everything and we left with a smile. We needed to order a shirt to go under the suit, but did not get a call from the store when it arrived, so I called Craig. He immediately tracked it down and got back to us.

Typically spend 10 minutes here?! Maybe in a perfect world. Went in for a fitting for a friend's wedding. Turn around was about 45 minutes. Maybe it's the high volume on a Sunday. I waited about 15 minutes before the fitting process. Still a great experience. Just don't trust Google on how fast you're going to be in and out.

Craig deserves a round of applause for how he served me and gave advice where wisdom was needed. I came in not knowing much about what I should wear for my interview and Craig went out of his way to answer my questions as well as questions I didn’t know to ask. I urge anyone to work with him because I wasn’t pushed to make a purchase that I didn’t want. He gave all options and his opinion which is what I wanted. He will be the reason I return after I land this job to further my wardrobe the proper way.

I walked in to the store looking like a beach bum, walked out dressed to impress. Craig at the Pearland Store is the man to see. He knew his stuff. And knows style. I needed a suite for a job interview. He hooked me up with a great outfit. They even hemmed the pants while I waited. Great customer service. Thank you Craig.

The service at this store was exceptional. We were out of town for a wedding and the manager, Joselyn, was able to accommodate an emergency tailor to my husbands suit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the quality of the work was superb, especially for the rush and emergent nature of the request. Highly recommend this store!
