Terrible Dollar General. Getting worse each year. It's dirty, to much clutter, AC hasn't worked in years, restrooms are nasty. They close early or don't open at all. The only person up there who's nice & friendly is Jennie. She's a rock star & deserves a raise. I've stopped going. I go to the one in Tioga, it's clean, you can find what you need & the people that work there actually speak to you & are nice. PP Dollar General needs severe help.

This Dollar General is clean and usually well stocked. I guess they were between shipments. Some shelves were empty and sparse. However, usually love this store!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find something they go out of their way to help. It's a pleasure shopping here.

Won't answer phones. Would not go in the back to search if they had an item we needed. Bathroom was disgusting. Equipment not working so the had a sign up saying CADH ONLY and staff did not know how to address the issue. They said they are not allowed to call the manager. This store is gotten to be the worst Dollar General I have seen in years.

The particular store is amazing. It is always super clean well organized and never anything out of the normal other than being the Best Dollar General store I have ever been to. Pilot Point DG Rocks!!!!

I don't particularly care for Dollar General. They are dirty and the product is sloppy on the shelving. The only reason we stop once a week is the road I take to church has five stores on it. I stop to get drinks and snacks for the Bible story. I am sure the reason the store is dirty is because there is not enough employees to do the necessary work.

I have shopped at Dollar General since the old one burned and the new one since it opened....biggest problem I have is that even tho there is 4-6 people in check out...the one (1) clerk does not call for help...Most people just don"t come back....Had a Stroke Oct.2015....At that time I had a Caregiver...I have sit outside and it's Still the same ole things...No one calls for backup Cashier...There are times that there's 11 people in line and Still 1 Cashier. Just saying

There was only 1 cashier working today. Saturday is a very busy day for Dollar General so I didn't understand why only 1 cashier. The line was extremely long and the wait was worse. People cutting into line. Rude people. Not a good experience.

I asked for help from someone that was working there he turn and looked at me then went back to his texting on his phone .so i asked one more time and still nothing ! The week before that the same and with the same guy !😣Not saying that i wont go back too DG, BUT! It will be a long time before i come back too that one
