EDIT: When there is an allergy listed on a person's information, you would think they would give you the correct pills! They have listed for my kids that they are allergic to red-40. They just gave us pills with red-40 and now it's Labor Day weekend and we have to decide if we give them the pills or not. Luckily, we can see this allergen. Heaven forbid they give an allergen that people can't see and something worst happens! Best pharmacy ever. All the staff is super friendly and well trained. No matter who you work with, you're in good hands. So much better than any pharmacy counter in some store. They work with you if a child has a sensitivity to something. They are not perfect, but you can't ask for more given the number of people who stream in and out of there.

Absolutely love this store! Can usually find neat gifts and the customer service is outstanding. Rx seem to be cheaper than other pharmacies too. Highly recommend you try!

I tested positive for Covid and picked up my meds here, the staff were so kind and quick! I didn’t want to spread my germs, so they let me wait In My car and brought the meds out to me. I am so thankful for y’all!

These guys are ABSOLUTELY the best! If you want to feel like a well served and much appreciated customer then Roanoke Pharmacy is for you. They do not give their customers 100%…they give 150%!!! Love these guys!

I was set to pick up some prescriptions today and was thoroughly pleased at the speed with which they were made ready. Everyone there is so pleasant. Their genuine love and care is felt over the phone and in person. Watch out for the unique gifts. I ended up spending more on the gifts than the prescriptions. Ha ha. No matter. The selection is of the quaint, country motif and constantly evolving.

They have smiles behind those mask. They genuinely care about their customers. They even know your name. They didn't just start delivering bcz of COVID they have always delivered. Need a unique GIFT for a special someone, they have it. It's one of the best places in Roanoke. I've been a customer for over 10 years.. My favorite quote fits them well - "Your born an original don't die a copy"
