I had an issue that I've been trying to resolve with AT&T customer service over the phone for weeks. I was unable to connect my new phone and my watch with number sync. I've had no luck..... until today. Greg was super helpful and took the time to troubleshoot absolutely everything until the issue was resolved. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Best customer service I've had in years.

Loved our experience at this location. We ran into some issues while trying to open an account, which was not even an AT&T problem but Ernie and the rest of the team thought about an alternate resolution to our situation and we were able to walk out of the store completely satisfied. He had a very friendly personality and answered all our numerous questions. Definitely a 5 star location, making sure your customers don’t leave the store without a resolution.

I took my son to get a new phone and we had the best experience with Greg. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. He e en worked out some kinks with my phone. I've been to many Att stores all over the country and never have I had such good service all the way to him walking us out. Well worth the drive to Roanoke! Welleorth

I have had really good assistance at this store in the past. So when my hotspot option didn’t work I went in for help. Zeph was very aggressive in trying to upsell me on a different plan. When I declined he actually said he couldn’t help me because I wouldn’t change to the plan he wanted me to take. I insisted on getting a new e-sim card but Zeph wouldn’t install it and he didn’t advise me on how to do it on my own. After I left the Roanoke, TX store I had access to the hotspot option but I couldn’t make or receive calls or texts. Instead I ended up online with Sofia who did what Zeph wouldn’t and fixed my AT&T network issues without up selling me to a new plan.

Really good service, one of the younger gentleman with blonde hair and glasses told me I had to wait 20 minutes for him to get to me while he waited for a ladies paperwork to finalize. I don't mind waiting but when his associate came to help me he miraculously had all this free time to help even while he was still waiting for the ladies paperwork to finalize. However the rest of the Staff, especially Aries, (Sorry if I butchered his name) was amazing and I'd recommend him to anyone going to get things done with this particular AT&T Store. Used to be a good store. However after their update fried the circuits in my phone, they refuse to replace it even though I have a warranty through AT&T. I do not recommend this store or this service if that is the case and recommend trying out a different phone carrier.

I changed carriers, I wish now I didn't, for a change. Called AT&T in Roanoke and made sure they had what we wanted. Arrived and I decided that I would just pay the remaining balance off so not to have to worry about being under contract . WRONG! AT&T does put you under contract. By a CHEAP way. Since I paid off the phones they still bill me for the installment of the phones, then credit it back to me on the other side.This NEVER was passed on to me. So now I want to do an upgrade, which I am paying for the early upgrade as well, I can't with out paying an extra $200. Cheap CHEAP cheap!!! I don't recommend this store. Looks like they are just trying to push out phones. As for AT&T, real sneaky!!! Cheap business!

Looking at the reviews, it seems things would've gone better if Martin (or Olivia) were there tonight. Maybe they were, but I was never acknowledged after being in store for 15min. I just came in to buy a phone case for my new phone. My husband came to this location last week and said service was good - that's why I gave the 3 stars. I think it would be reasonable employees to simply acknowledge someone's presence and see if there's a quick question they can answer. After no help and sifting through what I thought were my options, I just left. I'll order online from Apple.
