I wish I could give negative stars. Paid for the full synthetic oil change and received nothing. My proof being the same dirty oil filter not being changed. They couldn’t even air my tires properly or refill the windshield wiper fluid. I can’t remember the kids name but he was an arrogant “know it all” that’s clearly helping Walmart rip people off. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Service: Oil change

The website says they open at 7:00, yet I can by at 8:30 and nobody is there. Went to customer service to see if they knew what was going on and of course, it's Walmart so nobody knows what the heck is going on. It's never worth the time and effort to go to a Walmart. I never have a good experience with them.

The man that was suppose to have the auto center open at 7 was so rude to me when I asked if they were open at 7:15 because I had a flat tire and couldn't make it to work. Worst service I have ever had.

Not an awful experience but service was poor. I tried calling them in the morning to set up an appointment and the phone just rang for 8 minutes, so I hung up. I decided to set up my appointment online for that afternoon. When I got there, I waited at the service desk for 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Then they sent me outside to bring my car over, at which point I stood around waiting for another eight minutes. Guy finally came and asked for my information and he had no idea if my tires were even at the shop. He had to go hunt for them. Finally they get working on my car, twenty minutes after when my appointment was scheduled for, and it took another 45 minutes for them to replace two tires on my car. Not coming here again. I’m in New Orleans and my daughter is in your area working the COVID vaccination site. She had a tire go bad. I had her go to your store to get 4 new tires. It was 45 minutes before you closed. THANK YOU for taking her car in for the tires. By the way this was on the first day your auto center opened back up from the COVID shutdown. Thank you, again. So much better service then the stores here in my area.

New to town and I previously used Walmart in my old town for oil changes and tire rotations. No longer! The first day I tried to get this done I showed up to a line of five cars with nobody in the bay working on cars and nobody greeting incoming customers. After 15 minutes I left and came back the next morning when they opened at 7am. I was the second car in line and was told it would be “about an hour” for a simple rotation and oil change. Two hours later and the car still wasn’t done - there seemed to be only one person in the bay and still nobody was dealing with customers. When my care was finally done, I drove off and had my TMPS warning go off - they actually DEFLATED my tires below the PSI I normally keep them at (35). I checked the pressure and they had deflated the two front tires deflated to <30 PSI. Complete incompetence - go somewhere else.

I have to say I am shocked and impressed at the same time . I never thought I would be giving Walmart a five star review. I have gone in for oil changes, battery replacement, and headlight restoration. Each time they have done an excellent job. I am most impressed by the headlight restoration. They look almost like they just came out of the factory. I had called another place and they gave me a quote for $99 for the pair; I paid $25 at Walmart for the pair.

My car had been having problems starting sometimes. I would have to jump start it on occasion. Instead of taking it to a shop and incurring a costly diagnosis and repair, I went to Walmart. They tested the battery and the system. For free. The battery was found to be bad, which I suspected, so they installed a new one for $49.98. The labor for the install was also free. They also checked the air in my tires as a safety precaution. What could have cost a few hundred bucks at some places ended up costing just under $50. They do this for wipers, air filters and a few other things as well. You just buy the item, and they'll install it for free. Not a bad deal on small repairs where you already kinda know what's wrong.
