The food was great. The Killens BBQ Pizza was unbelievably tasty. The only problem was that some of our sauce extras were left out of the order.

Happy New Years Pappa John !!!! Pizza 🍕 came right on time we had to work last . We want to share with everyone one of the 3 on yesterday we ordered the New York xl with pepperoni chicken onion bell peppers triple cheese light sauce green pepper fresh Spinach . Well done !!!! I knew we were back in New York . Very delicious !!!!! . Perfect amounts added . New Year’s Eve NewYork flavor Here in Rosharon Texas . We enjoyed every drop of our pizza 🍕 !!!!

They close at llpm but I showed up at 10:45pm. I went inside and was told that they already started putting everything up. Ummm? If you close at 11pm that mean to me that your making pizza up until 11pm then you are closed. Do in other words as long as I get my order in by 11pm I should be good but in the case of this store your not good. So basically they stop whenever they want to. I sat outside and watched the workers leave the store before 11pm. This place definitely don't appreciate the business. We should stop buying their pizza

Poor Customer Service, After placing an order online for delivery with Pappa John’s, I reviewed the order and noticed that an additional topping was added to my pizza. I immediately called the store and requested that onions be removed due to an allergy. The manager, Dean stated that the order could not be fixed because it had been placed in the oven already. Imagine my surprise considering I called within 1 to 2 mins of placing the order. Dean did not offer to resolve this matter by making another pizza. Therefore, the only solution was to void the order and receive a refund within the next couple of days. I will not be ordering from this Pappa John’s again. My husband warned me about them considering he’s had issues with this location as well.

We ordered wings and pizza last night. While the wings were pretty good, the pizza was awful! This is the first time I've been so upset over bad and poorly made pizzas ots ridiculous.The money we spent for this order was wasted. The pizza crust was soggy, the veggies were not done, the cheese wasn't completely melted or there could have been some bad cheese (not sure on that one) and it made me ill. I don't see me getting pizza from this location ever again.

Ordered delivery from the app. The app had a pop up stating contactless delivery was default and that I’d have to make a selection to not have contactless delivery. We wanted contactless delivery, especially considering how many places these delivery drivers stop per day. The driver refused to leave our pizza without me signing the receipt...per his managers orders. He had a mask on, but it was around his neck, not on his face. Called the store and was told that we must have ordered from another location as they didn’t have our address or phone number in their system. This location is the only one that delivers to our subdivision and their information is on my order confirmation email, which is where I went to get the phone number. So, they didn’t respect our wishes and the manager that answered the phone lied. For shame. Hind sight always being 20/20, I should have just refused the delivery. Guess we’ll go back to using a different pizza company. Oh...to top it off, the dipping sauce for our garlic knots was covered in mold.

Manager is not here only the driver who doesn't know how to ring up the orders and cash out managment needs to be fired or replaced. Joe is on the phone with manager apologizeinh but it is not his fault that managet is not here. Worst service i will be waiting for a reply from yall.

I keep hoping this location will get better. They had to remake my pizza (thin crust cheese) 3 times in one night. This picture was the 3rd one. They were unapologetic and lost my business.
