Good experience with BMW-DOC. This is a one man shop adjacent a residential area. I do not consider this to be a drawback. He is formerly a BMW tech ( trained master technician). I consider him to be superior competence at more reasonable rates. His residential setup makes him careful in what jobs he takes and who he works with. He will work with you on your automotive issue and make choices which are driven by your best interest. My experience is as regards an e39 M5 and it’s relatively rare s62 engine. A lot of local shops that advertise specialty BMW work didn’t want to spend much time on the phone with me or didn’t want to go near this engine. BMW DOC didn’t shy away. Give him a call. If nothing else you will get a solid opinion/recommendation on how to handle an issue. Service: Engine repair
