Usually the employees keep the store spotless. Today 11/4/22 at 10:00 am., I walked into the store to purchase a coffee. The floor was so sticky it was ridiculous. And the bathroom was filthy. Come on guys y'all can do better.

I frequent QT often. The story fast service that use to be there is no more. The self absorbed, disassociate behaviors of the next generation young workers is creating poor service for one thing. But let's get to this particular store. The bathroom stall inside walls had a copious amount of saliva and snot that was dried and clearly there for several days. Sorry, but this was large thick "luggies" that ran halfway down the wall and door. Also, the roller grill was disgusting. It had crusty, stale bits of food under the rollers on the catch pan. Old looking grease and dust covered it. So how clean do you really think the rollers are.? QT your are a leader in the industry that's why you have me business. This may end. Do better!!

QT has been my go to place for a while but lately they have been going down hill with service and quality. Ramsey store is almost always messy when I walk in and workers don’t seem very friendly. The grab and go food quality had also gone down. I grabbed breakfast and the tacos were cold with a sweet taste to them and the croissant was hard and dry. The new 7/11 up the road has fresh food made to order and I may have to stick to them for a while unfortunately. Gas is usually cheaper at the 7/11 as well off Jackson Keller as well.

Always a great quick trip experience! Fast, find just what you need, good prices oh and btw their bacon, lettuce, and tomato grilled cheese sandwich is the BOMB!!!!

Usually all QT are clean and the employees are nice/welcoming well not thins one. Ive had it with the evening shift, maybe because they are are under staffed which is understandable if they are buttttttt how is the cashier eating and eating while the guy in the kitchen had to close the grab n go's because he had no help, the cashier was pretty mean the morning kitchen people are so rude and this is not even a busy QT so I'm not sure why they're rude

QT is the best of all worlds when it comes to convenience stores. its kind like the supercenter compared to a department store. If you want variety, very few places offee a larger selection if any! Like frozen drinks? there are frozen fruit drinks, frozen hot chocolate, latte and mocha. Lots of choices of reg. cold drinks, hot coffees, cappuccino and even shakes. The had hot deli with a wide assortment of sandwiches, pizza slices and more ...oh and they have free air and an ice machine outside fpr only $1 a bag! oh, its all so distractng you may find yourself forgetting to get gas. Competitively priced, reg. unleaded and diesel...this place has everything except a neighborhood location near me! But it appear they may be adding one near me in the near future!

12:30pm Saturday 9/18. Like the coffee and was going to try the food. Even came back in from my car to check it out. Walked up to the counter and a young black lady looked up from a clipboard like she was bothered and said "wassup?" Not "can I help you?", as if I was interrupting her busy day. Must have actually been the C.E.O. or V.P. Told her I may want to order and she said "the kiosk" then looked back down. Maybe could have asked if I had ever been there - or explained what they had or anything. Almost walked out right then but scrolled through the kiosk. When I selected something I maybe wanted it said "out of shredded lettuce". Learned my lesson. Adult spoiled brats should not be in food service and managers need to order enough food to last until the next order. F&%^ it!

I always get good service here. Large selection, good prices, and very clean. Shandelin was awesome. One of the nicest cashier's I have dealt with in a long time. This gas station is worth going out of your way for.

This place is AMAZING!! The inside is Extremely Clean. The place is Organized with Perfection. The Staff is Professional, yet make you feel at home, with smiles and thoughtfulness. They are extremely Helpful and kind. It seems like you can get just about anything you need, its more than a Convenience store. Its a SUPER Store!! While I was here, I saw customers relaxing and enjoying the food just purchased, outside in their Covered Patio like areas on both sides if the store.(Just Relaxing). They have an inside KITCHEN (So Delicious). Outside is a Filtered Water System were you can purchase what you need. The Covered Gas Pumps are GREAT for this Texas weather. The additional also have an Air Pump Area. Plenty of parking space. And most of all AWESOME GAS PRICES!!!!!! A QuikTrip should always be your place to go. 5 STARS!!!! So much much more, go experience it.
