Delivery time was super fast! Their wings are the BEST I've had...large and perfectly cooked and sauced. And of course the pizza was DELICIOUS as usual

Pizza was good. Improvising on cinnamon sticks is a no no. Lazy I would call it. Sad. Waiter never came to give a refill. Not coming back here

The manager Robert is a great person and manager he treats u like family and very humble and professional. We need more persons like that who cares and takes the time to talk to customers.

The customer service is not there. Was planning on dinning in. The ambience was slow, it was only us and 1 other table who had already been served. We waited for a total of 30 minutes+ before we were acknowledge, not even a hello or getting our drink order started. By the time we were approached I was already making an online order elsewhere as I had seen the host/cashier and a server just standing there ignoring us.

Terrible customer service, after waiting an hour for a "15 min pickup" with the kids at the counter laughing it up as customers waited, I get home to find our order is wrong, the topping I paid extra for on our pizza was, of course, missing, as well as the sauce my wife specifically asked for with the breadsticks also was not sent with the order, while speaking with the manager she seemed bother to have to assist me with the mistakes they made, when giving me credit for a pizza as amends, she has the nerve to tell me they don't charge extra for topping when I literally just paid for extra toppings... needless to say we will likely not be returning to this location and if you value customer service you should also steer clear...

Ordered pizza for the family Sunday around 9 pm and the pizza never got delivered. I called and the employee said the driver took it to another house by accident . So he said he would add another pizza for the mistake they did and at that time it’s was already 10:30pm. We we waited till we fell asleep at 11:30. They never showed up and the restaurant had already closed at that time. Worst Pizza Hut

My niece wanted to eat here. Nice place but, one of the employees had her kids there. The kids were crying so loud for a while untill she finally came out the back to take them somewhere. I understand that some of us need help with our kids but I don't think Pizza Hut would be a place for them when you are working in the back and can't hear or keep an eye on them. I am coming back cuz my niece likes Pizza Hut. Please do not leave your children unattended. It is not right. As for the food. I love the thin crisp pepperoni and pineapple with jalapenos. The pizzas came out hot and delicious. Who ever made the pizzas, thank you. You know how to make them awesome.

I do not recommend this location. As we walked in at 8:30 pm I noticed there was nobody in the restaurant eating. There was 1 guy sitting down in the dining area folding boxes and he just smiled. I asked if we can dine in and he just smiled and noded yes. Then a lady came and yelled with a rude tone from behind the counter and said theres a 45 to 55 min wait if you want sit anywhere and wait. I don't understand why the wait if nobody else was dining in. We waited at least 5-10 minutes and the very least they could have came to offer drinks. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed as if they didn't want us to be there. We walked out and they didn't seem to care that they lost a customer. We went to the location on Sugar. There are 4 other families here and we got our drinks and food in less than 5 minutes. Definitely do not recommend this place and location at all.

Just went in to pick up my pizza I was totally looking forward to eating pan pepperoni pizza and was not satisfied. What kind of pizza is this? Like where is the cheese 🧀 and my cheese sticks were awesome, but whoever made the pizza :/
