I ordered a Baja bowl minus tomato and a 'charged' lemonade. I tried the apple cranberry lemonade. It was good but I felt no 'charge'. The Baja Bowl was awesome! What a great combination of flavors! The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Curbside pick up was smooth. However my flatbread pizza was an instant regret. Very disappointed.

I have been to panera multiple time the service is quick and food is good.The broccoli cheddar soup is something I absolutely love.The chicken sandwich was okay.

I've eaten here once b4 and I wasn't very impressed with the flavor of my food, I had the chicken Alfredo and the sauce was a little blank tasting and their drinks don't have much flavor either. I called the other day to get soup to go because I had dental work done and had to eat soft food and all they had was vegan soup and some other nasty flavor, they need to realize not everyone is vegan or vegetarian. I won't be eating at this restaurant again for sure.

The staff here are so nice! And I have had good experiences here. I’m only giving them two stars because the charged lemonade had bugs in it 😰 I’m not sure if the machines just don’t get cleaned well or what but it was pretty gross!

2 huge hairs in our French onion soup. I’m seriously disturbed. Couldn’t even finish any of our food because this is disgusting

I had seen the commercial for the Chicken Sandwich, so I decided I would give it a try. I had placed my order through the app, which was probably the only good thing about this store. The manager who was on the phone with someone, looked like he was doing inventory. I had to shake my head as he had black fingernail polish and a white "Santa Claus" beard. I stood around the register until some young kid asked if I needed some assistance. He handed me my order and I walked out. The spicy chicken sandwich was in a box. It had a little bit of heat, but almost no flavor. There was not any sauce on it. It expects a little more veggies on it and some sort of mayo or chipotle mayo, etc. The chips were their standard Panera Kettle chips. They were descent. They were probably the only good thing about the whole meal next to the chocolate chip cookie I ordered. I was very disappointed with the quality of food at this place. I have eaten here many times in the past and previously it had always been fantastic. Thanks Panera, I will order my spicy chicken sandwiches elsewhere.

I understand that pictures presented on menus are not indicative of actual products, but come on Panera! You could certainly do better than this! Went by tonight and the "Stacked Mac N Cheese" looked delicious as I love the Panera Mac N cheese! I was seriously disappointed in this sandwich and recommend everyone steer clear of it. It is far from stacked! You'd get a sandwich with more Mac N cheese by getting 2 slices of bread and a side of the mac! True...there are other things in the sandwich, but... Here's pictures of what the sandwich is advertised as and what I got...should be self evident which one is which...

Yesterday I ate at Panera with some friends. I love your food because it is fresh and the bread is awesome. Unfortunately, this is my turkey sandwich. The bread reminded me of the generic wheat bread you can buy at HEB. I got a small amount of wilted lettuce and some red onion. Three slices of pressed deli turkey. This just bothered me. It was so unexpected for a restaurant of your quality.
