Been doing business with them for years. Fully paid for several items but not happy with a recent order that has yet to even be ordered and it's been 2 and a half weeks. If its there then you are fine if they have to order it prepare to wait a month if not longer.

This Aaron's is a joke. Wilma so-called "manager" is rude and dismissive to her customers. I've been a customer of Aaron's for years now but today they lose my business. I called to clarify about a payment they took two days early from the mandatory ez-pay system and she got very rude with me and hung up. Lmoa great manager...

I love these people. They are sooo helpful and nice. I've never felt so welcome in a retail store as I do when I walk in Aaron's. They are always helpful and they never make you feel as if you are "bothering" them as some stores employees act. I recommend Aaron's in Sherman without any reservations!

Updating long overdue review: After getting the situation settled twice over, the third adjustment was the best. Like Goldy Locks, the third option was just right. The manager was patient and helped us greatly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and yes, we are satisfied. The couch set (sectional) was a little bigger than I thought but we managed to get it situated in our place. It's comfy and so far holding up well. Thanks again! I'm finally giving a review and let's say I'm very disappointed in the way the guy handles matters like he doesn't care at all. I don't know his name but he has tattoos and one visible on his arm (best way I can describe him as it's most memorable alongside his disinterest to help me). I want to exchange a set we currently have for something else and when I first spoke with him his body language basically told me -"I'll 'talk' to my boss and get back to you on what we can do. But really I don't care and won't contact you or make any effort to make sure you're satisfied with your current purchase or a possible purchase in the future." That was the impression I got and didn't feel like anything would be accomplished when I walked away. It was a whole week and didn't hear anything back from him. So today we went to the store to look at what they had that we could possibly exchange for. Spoke to the same guy, and yet again same attitude. He behaves like he didn't want to help me. I asked what pre-leased furniture that they had for us to look at and he just looked up from his screen and lazily replied-"They're all over the floor." Hm, okay thanks. You're a big help. So, we looked around and what we looked at was filthy, covered in pet fur, and crumbs on the cushions. We didn't want to possibly take home roaches or bugs if we were to actually get a pre-leased set. Not to mention with the Covid going around, if the pre-leased sets were recently repoed, they certainly are not cleaned for future customers. It was disgusting. I was very disappointed, I don't feel appreciated and will definitely take my business elsewhere. I'll be searching somewhere else for furniture. The lady that was present at the time is friendly and was willing to help me. Wilma definitely is a BIG help when it comes to my payments. I don't trust anyone else to take care of my payments because when I made several payments before and a guy helped me, it screwed up everything but Wilma fixed it every time. She's awesome. I appreciate her help and I highly recommend her if you need a reliable person to take care of your account/payments. She will get the job done if she needs to get further info for you too. If you want laptops, please go somewhere else. An 1100 dollar laptop at Aaron's is only 379.00 at Walmart and 449 at best buy. Do your research before paying cash price at aarons. They are there to pray on the ones in need. Don't feed their greed.

I have over paid on my washer and dryer. I have two more payments left. To be harrassed during these trying times is unreal to me. Seems like they would be more flexible and understanding but no. I will not be using them again. Over two payments smh...

Horrible experience. Me and my wife wanted to lease a tv. We were told that since closing was in 10 minutes they couldnt help us. Then proceeded to have a personal conversation with another customer and ignore us. My wife asked another worker and he told us he was busy moving stuff in. We won't shop at aarons in sherman Texas. They lack basic customer service skills. You're already charging way above retail so at the very least you could offer some decent service.

Mike the manager is an amazing person! Judy is super sweet. Over all the staff is VERY personable and just a great place to do business! I have several accounts with them and will continue to do business with this location just because of how awesome the staff is!!!!
