When you hand a credit card to a cashier, they should have the decency to hand it back! NOT just place it on the counter where you might not notice, and walk out without it! Unfortunately that's happened to me with the youngster Justin, already TWICE. But the second time, the nice manager (Manny) saw what happened. Hopefully there won't be a third time! 🤨

Tried calling pharmacy. After going through automated system, goes to hold music for a second then dead air. Call cuts off after a few minutes of dead air. Someone isn't doing their job and answering the phone. Have already called 5 times today. I'm switching to a different pharmacy.

Very disappointed, the pharmacy has been dragging their feet on getting medication ordered. The bad part of all of this is that they had medication and did not bother calling or sending a notification. I have checked several time and every time they tell me it's not in. I had to come in to the store so they they could go and check to see if they had it. Also it would be ready in an hr. no that is unacceptable. I understand they are busy but come on; if they are that busy it's time to get more people in. The worst part was that the manager (Alex) told me I could take my postscript to another store, his exact words. You can go to CVS or anywhere else. Well I guess I will, remember Walgreens you are not the only game in town.

Been waiting 4 days till now to receive my meds. This has been happening everytime I drop of prescriptions. I'm going to have to go somewhere where else. Bad service.

Love the hours becuz if you need quality merchandise Walgreens is the hot spot after 10pm. They close at midnight. Prices are steep. Selection is above average. Manager is always hands-on the merch or providing solid customer service. Staff is efficient. Specials are ok, but again, overall, even if you are a Rewards member, the goods are gonna cost you some "coin" especially the make-up. I enjoy Walgreens' atmosphere, but sometimes they are too rich for my blood.

Very difficult to get your meds filled correctly and when you need a refill they say they said a request to doctor but never do. I have moved my meds to competitor. I spend over $34,000 a year in meds. I hope this opens your eyes Walgreens.

Same as hector 👇 i had my doc send my prescription directly n i waited till the next day to go get them because they never have them at the time they tell u n when i get there this lady says they dont have anything then she checks n says that they have to stock again that they would call me in two days n its been two weeks n nothing so today i go n get another prescription i put threw their online page at 7:00 pm n it said it would be ready at 9 so u have me waiting at the drive thru for an hour from 8:30 to 9:30 i went early cuz they always take a long time and this same lady tells me they have nothing n i showed her the email that confirmes n she asks for the paper priscription i used to make the order n says shell use that to order them again for tomorrow cuz they are not ready n im like its passed the time u said u would have them n she says sorry!! So i tell her about my first prescription n she says they have nothing to get my doc to resend it!! Are u kidding me??!! So if we get them sent they dont get them n if we do it online either n if u take them well u have to wait till they have time the service is awful we trust them to get us our meds on time atleast even if we have to wait a long time out there but get them!! i was in so much pain n worst i could have a miscarriage due to not taking the meds n i can assure im not the only one going home in pain!!they dont care to send people back home feeling sick or in pain they clean their hands with an im sorry its the system yeah might not be their fault all the time but it isnt ours either!
