I'm sad to put this review but, I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The young girl behind the counter seemed rushed and uninterested even though there was plenty of staff. My wife's grilled chicken was old tasting and rubbery. My 10 year old son got the chicken tenders, they were good but not worth almost $12 for 4 tenders. What really caught me was the cost of sauce. My son wanted some ranch for his tenders. I went to ask for some ranch and the guy at the counter said it will cost 75 cents. I spent almost $40 for fast food and they wanted more money for sauce. Give me a break! Sorry I won't be coming back to this location.

My husband & I went to Dairy Queen today. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The fries were cold & the hamburger patty was cold too!! Got a dip cone which was good but our burger & fries were awful!! I will not eat food there again but will get ice cream!!

Sometimes the desserts are frozen and perfect, sometimes they are melted or overflowing and messy. I have 4 stars for the last time we went. Everything was great and a huge bonus was the person that took our order. She listened, was polite, respectful. She did her job very well.

And what can you say, it’s Dairy Queen, the ice cream is the best soft serve you can get for a national chain. My favorite place for milkshakes.

This DQ has a more updated interior. The store is clean and neat in appearance. They couldn't make our favorite Blizzards ( Hawaiian, and Tropical ) we won't be going back to this one.

After calling to complain when we were shorted food last time and getting a call back from both the manager and the district manager, we decided to give them another chance. This time, I assume they are out of Texas Toast as we were given half toasted hamburger buns (still cool to touch so seems they could have at least left them on the grill long enough to get it hot), fries that were barely warm and with the consistency of being warmed in the microwave and fake country fried steak fingers (even our dog wouldn't touch them :-P). And, it took them awhile to get this cold mess together in the first place. Will definitely not go back here, again.

This is a fantastic Dairy Queen in Tomball right off of 2920! All the employees are extremely nice and helpful. The lobby and restrooms are always clean and the service is always quick. Definitely a place to eat in Tomball with hot and Fresh Food daily!
