We had a blowout on the trailer. They looked a bit old and worn. Discount Tire took good care of us. We walked across the street to grab some needed items, they took care of the trailer, tires, and all the hassles. Great place.

So disappointed. We own 3 vehicles 2 trailers and a Motorhome. My husband went to this store. Monday to rotate.all tires and bought 2 tires went good. Went back Tuesday spent 2,000 0n new tires for my car. Then went back on Wednesday to rotate 3rd vehicle . He sat there for over a hour. IF your buying tire the get right with you!!!!! After less than 5 minutes they were done. Driving home he was hearing something hitting truck. The weights they put on to balance were coming off and hitting the truck. We bought 7 Tires in one week. Glad they opened a new store on FM 1488 our Buisness will be moved. I’m a Buisness owner and one of my customers warned me about this Store. I said OH no they have always been good to us through the years!!! WELL JUST Seen true SIDE. Manger hope you read this

I fully recommend discount tire in Tomball. I have never been talk down to or pushed into getting a service that I did not want or did not need. They’re the absolute best and make you feel comfortable during your whole time there.

I got a new tire for my F150 today at your 249 branch here in willowbrook, everyone was in a hurry to finish the install! I was not inform that i have to pay extra for my lock nuts since its an aluminum. Need to be replace it doesn’t looks good when they to took it out. The replacement of the locks are disappointing. The worse scenario when i got home is i figured one tire in front looks USED. WHY??? Three new tires have the tiny spikes but the other one is plain without the tiny little spikes!!! Should i return the whole TIRE??

It use to be so easy and fast to drop off your vehicle for a rotate and balance. Everyone asking greeting and saying that someone will be with me. 3 asked me if I been signed in what am I needing. I stated I need to just drop off for a rotate and balance 3 times, I need to get to work. My lyft ride canceled on me twice. I felt like some people just looked at me and didnt acknowledge me, they looked right pass me. Some discount tire locations are not the same anymore. I won't return to this location.

Horrible hospitality, after purchasing new tires, received them missing covers, and grease or tire lubricant of some kind all over the wheels and tires. Didn’t cover seat, making my seat dirty. Will not be visiting again. Have some pride in your work.

Nicholas was very helpful this morning. The staff at Tomball location were informative as well. About to take a long trip so the drive should be more comfortable and hopefully my new tires handle the weather conditions better than my previous tires. I'll let the staff know when I arrive at my destination safely.
