This specific one is the Petro name of the TA Brand the Friendly people and descent parking but a few things are in need of upgrades and as for the lunch bar in the fuel island YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MINDS CHARGING 10 DOLLARS FOR 1 LEG QUARTER, Yes you read that right 10 dollars each for the smallest leg quarters I have ever seen needless to say I will no longer be using the lunch bar in the fuel island for any reason I'd rather starve or use the restaurant in the main building at least that is worth the price

Had an issue with my rear lights and needed a tire patched...called...said not busy.. Pulled up and they put me right in...machinic found light problem right away tire patch took a bit longer due to their air lines being frozen...use this place before and will keep using them.

Went there To get the oil change, 1hour is the wait they said, but only took 4 hour to get me in the bay nd another 3 hours to get the oil change done and the worst part ….the guy who did the oil change Forgot to put the Cap on after he done putting the oil into engine nd closed the hood.. Drove about 100 miles got check engine light and oil was all over the engine.. very unprofessional

Scott and Jennifer were awesome when I talked to them and gave great customer service 😃 the whole team appeared to be productive and got everyone taken care of fast. I know we were in and out in no time 😎 we will definitely be coming back to this location for future services 😃

There's only one mechanic there and it took forever. We ended up having to change the flat tire ourselves and the wait caused us to be late for our check in at the Glorieta Camp Site. You really need to hire another mechanic not everyone in can wait forever.

Just stopped in for a Mid-Trip and get some lights looked at. Was told it will be after 9am before they can get me in. When I asked why is that, was told I had 6 trucks in front of me which I would have understood! Howeve, the entire shop was empty. All the bays were empty Nobody was staged to get pulled in. Nobody at the counter doing paperwork or billing. It was a ghost town. And pretty sure the dude that came out of a dark room with just the glow of a screen for light was either napping or watching TV. Also, parking lot is trash.

waited 2 hrs to get into bay for a tire issue...that's expected at a ta shop...from 330 to 530 not a wrench was turned in the shop...4 technicians...cause nobody is a mechanic these days..I'm guessing shift changes at 5...so everyone spent those 2 hours chatting...when 1 of them finally decided to address my problem he tries to sell me a wheel...I insisted he spray the tire and look again..amazing there was a Crack down in the tread that u actually had to b lookin to find...by the time they were done 3 different techs had worked on replacing 1 bad tire....leaving now 7pm...sad...

I believe I have the right shop location. All staff was super courteous and knowledgeable. Handled my PMs in an extremely quick professional manner. Made sure to go over all the torque specs and levels with me for verification. My service Tech/Mech was Rodney and I give him a huge thumbs up for being cool on top of fast. Very nice man. I will in the future try to make this my stop on the way home.
