Delivery guys who don't use hand trucks cause more damage than the entire delivery process it takes for a package to travel across 12 states in 2 days. Are they afraid? Are they too benighted to understand that it'll actually save time and effort? Are they too beefcaked to be the pansy using a dolly? Or are they too pressed for time to actually be able to care for packages? I dunno fedex

These drivers are getting out of control! Theirs a huge box for you to leave packages but no you prefer for them to get rained on. You all are awful. It’s a shame you all don’t care about your jobs. Getting just like UPS. Not even USPS does what you all do. THE SIGN READS DROP PACKAGES IN HERE, so please do. Our roads are clean and all and you all don’t care because we need you. You drive our nice caleche roads like it’s hwy 59. Management, please manage your employees.

The driver went very quickly down our road. There were four kids playing outside along with our two dogs. He nearly ran over one of the dogs and one of kids. We told him to slow down but he quickly drove off once again.

Very secure facility. Gated and you need to call the office to gain access to the site. Easy to get to. You can see it from the highway

Very tired of my packages being left on the side of the road by my mailbox instead of the driver taking the effort to actually look for my house, call, or ask! Multiple calls to FEDEX about the location of our house and IF you're going to leave my stuff on the side of the road, at least have the decency to put it in a trash bag to protect it from the rain! 🤬

Getting into the facility you have to press the call button and state your reason for entry. After gaining entry they were helpful in helping find my pacakge that was not being delivered like it was supposed to. This facility is not made to accept guests so I was waiting in the main open office area. The Staff were courteous and helpful. I waited for nearly 20 minutes while they searched the facility. Apparently the package was just sitting on a delivery vehicle that for some reason was not put on delivery that day. I've never been fond of FEDEx nor of there SmartPost system either since they are rarely on time or dependable. The only reason I'm giving 4 Stars is because the staff were courteous and helpful.

Worst shipping company possible. Multiple deliveries always messed up. Or delivered to wrong place. Now a package that’s at my local fedex on vehicle won’t be delivered till Monday. UPS has no problem delivering on a Saturday. Don’t recommend using them at all.

Horrible service.. I’m sitting in my room and I check the status update and it says attempted to deliver but no one was home ... I walk to my door and there’s no evidence of anyone coming by.. No door tag or anything to confirm delivery attempt... No knock on my door ... Lazy and unprofessional ..
