We use this shipping center for all of our work needs. They have never led us astray and there has never been anything shady happening here. The gal that's normally there is super nice and always helpful.

The entrance way is only highlighted by the ground level FedEx sign. While the facility is located behind the small strip center. Once you find the building its clean and well run. Great staff!

Be careful just giving to driver. Had a pre addressed envelope to be dropped off ran into a driver and asked if he could take it, never scanned it in. I figure he saw the address it was going to and decided he needed it more, it was insured and everything but since was never scanned I can't prove anything, I'm out probably 500 dollers. Live and learn I hope I never run into that driver again

This particular location is not easy to find. It is behind a storefront on Rio Grande St in Victoria TX. Their sign is not aerial. It does not open til 930am. But...once they do open, the customer service is awesome 👌

I have received many packages from them but they can never remember address or find me. They make no attempt in finding house. They have my phone number as well but I never receive a phone call. How does such a big company not have the capability to mark an address in their system if they have that much trouble finding it. A simple phone call if address cant be found can solve this very easily.

This place is easy to miss it's not visible from the highway but the sign is so you really have to watch for it it is behind the Jack in the box. The service is Good but not the friendliest place I have ever been to we went right at closing time but they let us in so there not so bad.

A package shipped to me was to be delivered on 2/23/19 and was put back on the truck due to “delivery exception”. I have no idea what that means. After calling the main FedEx number for customer support, they said it could have been damaged. This one was supposedly sent back to the shipper. Another delivery date for the new item was for 2/27/19. I received an email notification that it was delivered and signed for by S. Martinez. I had no package and know no one by that name. It supposedly was delivered erroneously to another location. FedEx corporate is initiating an investigation of the incidents. I did receive other packages, so I’m guessing great care was taken with the dog food deliveries as opposed to two Emeril Largasse Air Fryers which were erroneously delivered to someone else or diverted at the facility. If anyone has seen one of these air fryers floating around Victoria, I would love to have it, no questions asked. The product is now out of stock. This is not the first time a similar situation has occurred. I understand the holidays create a lot of stress and chaos, however, this seems to be a bit unique. I am trusting that this and my former experiences are isolated incidents.

They were closed but their website said they were open. They were still working in there so the lady found my package and gave it to me. She was real great about it. Thank you and great job y'all are doing!!

Although I wasn’t able to ship my product due to packaging issue Everything was Great!!! The customer service was amazing, I can’t remember her name but she gets 5 Stars!!! Very helpful and informative.
