Literally didn’t mention that walk ins, needed to make an appointment?? Made me drive and waste time for no reason. The sign States the exact days it’s by appointment only. And only one person working. Jesus Christ.

She tried tell me not to file bc I made little money when I was there to file.was rude did not like her demeanor.was scheduled for 3:00 pm did not call me back till 330.very little people there.
