Worst auto part store i ever dealt with... I ordered an alternator even offered to pay in advance (thank God i didnt) only be told a week later the part was not even ordered... So gotta go thru auto zone... Never doing business here at this location again!!!!!!!!!

The little manager lady there needs to be fired or demoted because it took me 21 days to get a clutch the came from Dallas and then she ordered the wrong one. This has happened more than once. With the same person a little short lady with the dark hair. That is somewhat rude at times. I know if I have to go to that store she will be the last person I have do anything for me not even ring me out. She'll get that wrong to most likely

Assistant manager is extremely rude and arrogant. No need for the attitude at all. You work at Oreillys, it's just 1 step above McDonald's. Get over yourself

Cooper at the store on Kemp, was very helpful. He helped me find the right replacement bulb I needed for my headlight, and showed me how to put them in. I’m very proud to say that the next time they need to be replaced, I know how to do it on my own! These employees definitely go above and beyond! Better customer service than I ever get from Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts. I’ll keep coming back!
