This particular pharmacy is very good about keeping their stock on hand. Unfortunately this is the only positive aspect that I can attest to. In the time that I have had the displeasure of receiving their services I have found that the staff is unpleasant, unreliable, and generally unprofessional. They open when the choose to open, and close when they choose to close, even when the posted business hours state other wise. They are extremely disrespectful in their customer interactions, and I make this claim not only in reference to my own interactions but also in the interactions with other customers. Quite honestly if it wasn't for the fact that they consistently have the medication I need on hand, I would absolutely NEVER do business of any kind with this specific pharmacy. Ps, the young lady with the excellent kitty cat tattoo is the only person there that I've seen treat people respectfully in any consistent capacity.

Employee was very rude, when I spoke to the main pharmacist “manager” he said “ we’ve never had a complaint about her”. Ok so we will disregard that she was rude and unprofessional with me just because no one else has complained about her ? I’ve been to this pharmacy for many years and I’ve never had a complaint about an employee until now . If I complaint it’s because I was thrown off why this employee felt ok being unprofessional. I’m amazed that the manager didn’t care I understand every job is stressful but employees like this just make things worse for customers and businesses.

Wrong prescription received 2 months in a row because they did not fix it. Missing 2 rx as well once I got home. When I called and told them my doctor did not call that wrong RX in, the person on the phone said yes they did and hung up on me. I've been shopping here and using their pharmacy over 20 years. I think they are just too busy to notice details anymore. Reluctantly, I'm changing my pharmacy. I'll miss YaYa, though! She is the nice one at the front counter. :)

Worst pharmacy ever! We continue to have problem after problem. At least three times in the past couple of months we have gone to pick up scripts and their system is down. That is a real problem when people need their medications! One instance I waited 15 minutes for the system to come back up, when it finally did, my script needed approval from pharmacist before I could get it. She had disappeared, so i had to wait another 10 minutes for her to come back. She finally comes back and the tech doesn't tell her i'm waiting for her to approve my script until I finally said something. This week I sent in scripts on a Sunday, it is now wednesday and they haven't been filled because the pharmacist needs to verify them..... why does that take 3 days? That is only the most recent issues. The only reason we continue to use them is for fuel points, but we are very close to switching to CVS, as I have never had these type of issues with them in the past.
