Used to love shopping here but nothing about this location's prices say thrift store anymore. Whoever selects prices for this place is acting like they're a starving antique shop owner desperate to price gouge you out of the most worthless items they have. $8 for a used dirty pan? Brand new at Walmart is the same price. What's next for savers? The savers layaway program or credit card so their customers can still shop without allowing their power to get shut off?

Pricing has gotten crazy here! 5.99 for a dirty bathroom sized trash can. 5.99-14.99 for USED kids shirts. This store asks new prices for secondhand products. It’s not as if the employees benefit from higher prices.. unless Savers is incentivizing exclusively store management..

I am disabled and can not walk very much. I really like this store and the first 2 times I went, there was a wheelchair I could scoot around in. It was not electric, but it worked. When I went yesterday it was not there and I was told it must have been a donation and they sold it!!!! I do not understand why you didn't keep it for your handicap customers????? I am soooo very disappointed that you don't care about your handicap customers 😥😥 most of us did not choose to be handicapped, so very sad 😥😥😥

The Layton saver has gone down hill! They are way over priced for used clothing. You can go to target or Walmart and get new graphic tees for cheaper than what they are priced here. Some of there employees are very rude and condescending also.

You can't try on the clothes so you have no idea if they fit. They're way more expensive than other Thrift stores, and they don't provide bags anymore. There's way too many thrift stores out there to be going to this one

No fitting rooms. I am not sure how you can be expected to buy things without trying them on, without even having the option of returning them. Other thrift stores such as Goodwill, Deseret Thrift, and Uptown Cheapskate will have better prices, dressing rooms, and a much better return policy.

I was from out of state snd found several dresses that they wouldn't let me try on . The employee I asked, said I could return them within 14 days with the receipt. I tried them on at my sister's house and decided I didn't want them. When I went to return them on my way out of town, I was told I could only exchange them. They refused to give me my money back and I just left them on the counter. I will tell my sister and all of her friends to never shop at Savers!

Price are getting outrageous on everything in the store!! An example they wanted $150 for a kitchenaid mixer that was all old and discolored yellow color. They act like they bought the stuff they are selling! Been coming to this location for years. Price started going up last year even when they were getting tons of donations! Warning: The rewards program discount they give you too expires after while!!

The store was very organized and clean. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I feel that the customer service could have been better. I was not greeted by anyone until I was ready to check out.

My daughter Bailey has discovered ready over the last year and wants me books all the time. You would surprised at how hard books are to found. We always have a fun time at Sabers. Everybody can always find at least 1 Hing they might die if they can't get it. I love finding old toys there I had as a child or something the older kids had as kids. Halloween id the best time to go for costumes. Love their half off tags and.on certain days or holidays they have everything 1/2 in store. I once worked a summer at Savers during college it was such a blast. Always recommend this store.
