We normally are very pleased with everything when we go here for lunch. This last time was a bit disappointing in that the staff neglected the dining area, wiping and sanitizing the tables and sweeping the floor. I filled out a survey so I am hoping we won't have that problem in the future. 2 months later: I had received a response from the owner, Natalie Morris, apologizing for my experience. I finally took advantage of her offer of a free combo meal, which I did. Thinks were much better, so I wanted to make sure my review was modified.

I've gone to this Firehouse once a week for about about a month now and it's been delicious everytime. The guys working at night are very nice and make really good sandwiches!

I love Firehouse Subs but this location is DIIRRTTYYY. They got rid of their hot sauces for “health concerns” but their self serve drink station where the lids and tea are looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Sooo good. The sandwiches were huge and there were 2 meals for each sandwich!! The mustard sauce!!! Saw a bucket and regret not grabbing it. 👍

It was filthy I had to wipe my own table the employees just laughed. Garbages chuck full. Food was ok I’d recommend East Coast or Philadelphia

I love their subs. Just the regular old steak and cheese is probably the best one they have, but they're all great. The bread is fantastic. One of the staff, didn't see his name, I saw him notice a dog sitting outside by the dogs owners that were eating at the outside tables. It was about 95° outside and he took a clear bowl of water out to the dog. It didn't look like anybody asked him and the owners looked surprised and very happy to be able to offer it to their dog, that then lapped up all the water. The employee had very long brown hair, kind of on the thin side, I see him here most of the times I've come in and he's always very nice, this dude should get a raise. Dog owners: please remember that if it's hot outside your dog needs more water than you think and twice as much as they usually need. Plan ahead and bring some (They make all sorts of collapsible bowls that fit in your pocket for when you go on walks/hikes) . Also asphalt and concrete can and does burn the pads of their feet, they can get blisters and get severely damaged from walking on hot asphalt.

I came here with my wife this week, super craving a sub after I'd healed enough from a tooth extraction to try some solid foods. Max was AWESOME! I had an excellent meatball masterpiece, which I would highly recommend! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Thanks Max!

First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and so was the service. They gave my son this cute fireman hat that he really enjoyed and made the experience so special.

Great quality food. It was a busy Saturday so there was about a 10 minute wait for my take out order. I felt the staff were organized and dedicated to a job well done in a busy demanding situation

Literally the only reason we came here on the east coast vs a subway was due to the sauces. I get that some customers might still paranoid about covid but if you don’t trust the sauces don’t use them. Pretty lame they are still doing this. Decent space restaurant they have here and it’s clean
