I was surprised at how many 'fresh' gotta these people had. That is their specialty though, so I'm glad they do a good job. They have a large variety of foods. They also have a small selection of the usual--toys, stationery, hardware, etc. There is an on site pharmacy with expected pharmaceutical items. Nice little store

Ridiculously high prices on most things compared to Smith's or Trader Joe's. Not a great selection for produce. Understaffed.

I’m a regular Walmart customer, despite fresh market being only a couple minutes from me. This year however, I’ve been going to fresh market on a regular basis. Unfortunately, it has not been so fresh, as I have purchased several expired and soon to expire food products. As a result, I went back to Walmart, only to buy an expensive bag of bread that started to mold after only 3 days. With that said, I believe it’s just the negative state the world is in with many delays in the supply line. So I will give them another chance. The workers are friendly and courteous.

I only get my smokes there. There prices are getting pricey. I compared there prices to smiths and smiths was so much cheaper!! The last time I got a drink from fresh market I didnt realize it was expired by 8 months!!! There customer service is a joke also!!

There always is a musty smell in the produce section and it’s just in need of an update ! They do stock pretty well and the staff is always friendly! But just not my favorite place it’s just close to home !

This building is located in downtown Provo in a building that is a bit old, but the store is always kept very clean, organized, and comfortable on the inside. Don't let the older exterior deter you from visiting this very nice store.

The store wasn't busy but I couldn't find an employee to help me find an item. I went up and down every isle, no employees and finally found it. Self check out and no cashiers, it was strange.

My husband was in the other day and heard the deli workers taking about someone forgetting their rotisserie chicken they paid for and that they were supposed to come back but hadn't yet. The time on the sticker was to the point that they shouldn't sell it anymore and the other deli worker said she would take care of it by putting a new sticker on it. Not okay. Definitely will not be buying from the deli if this is the practice of the workers, I doubt it's the only time. Otherwise, I've had good experiences in the store and can often find things that other stores are out of.

This grocery store is at the corner near where I live, so I am in and out just about every day. I like shopping there. A few days ago, I got in a jam in the self-checkout where I was trying to use two payment methods and the machine jammed up. TANYA came when the regular checker couldn't release it so I could pay for my groceries. After the regular remedies didn’t work, TANYA did something complicated and fixed everything! She had to borrow money from another register to pay the balance and release my other funds, and then she took me to a different register So I could pay the balance, and then she paid back the first register out of the second register so that it wouldn't be short and everything came out right. I REALLY appreciate her ability to understand how the registers all work so well that she was able to think outside the box and get me out of that jam!! I needed the groceries and I didn't have any other way to get them. She could have just told me I was out of luck. TANYA is a very valuable employee who puts customer service first, and I felt the need to give her credit for it!!

Feels like this place is slowly going downhill. Prices aren't that great. Might be better off going up the street to the Smith's. Maybe an update would help this place out. That being said, it's a grocery store, it should have what you need, and if you're close by all means stop in.

This was the most disgusting grocery store. I felt like I needed to wipe down anything I got with Clorox wipes due to how dirty the shelves and counters were (I actually did wipe things down when I get home). The employees breath smelled so strongly of alcohol it was awful. I noticed the milk I bought at self checkout was leaking and there was no one to ask for a refund. I wanted to get out of there so fast I just through the milk away without a refund and went to a different grocery store. I don’t know how it’s legal for this store to stay open.

The employee named Kaden was very rude asked for more bags for the self checkout and refused to put more . I think he could have been more nice towards us . I felt very discriminated being a (Latina) the way he treated me vs the way he treated other (white ) customers. Overall the bakery women was very nice !

For a local grocery store it's pretty rad. No wine or liquor, (which isn't their fault). They definately need more morning star products... ... Otherwise, they are great. Never super long lines and the staff is very friendly.

Great produce. Get there early enough and the deli cold case is FILLED with amazing food. From fresh calzones to cook at home to 5 dollar foot subs. Salads, soups, mashed potato bowls, snack item, too much to list! Love the hot food they serve as well. The fresh sushi is a once a week dinner for our little family on top of that. And this is where we get our prescriptions. We can do just about all we need to in one stop. The hour's are great (including the pharmacy) and the staff are always friendly every time we go. Always have recommended this place to family and friends.

I was having heat-exhaustion while driving, and through my brain-fog I made it off the highway to fresh market. I got some pickle juice (someone told me to drink pickle juice for heat stroke or heat exhaustion, and it totally worked!) I sat down in their display chairs, and the cashiers took good care of me! I ended up having to call a friend to come pick me up, and I really appreciated the kindness I received, not just from the staff, but also from the customers. One man offered me some of his water, and I was able to make it though my debacle unscathed.!

It's okay in a pinch. I try not to purchase very many groceries here because of their prices. Being on SSDI, if I need more than just a couple things (specific brands I prefer), I'll drive the extra mile where I can save multiple DOLLARS. Oh.... and their hot chicken sucks.... even more so when it's cold. Time to change the recipe.

I only have 4 stars because their prices are more expensive and I don't dare to buy meat from their deli. However, that put in the extra effort to make sure everything is cleaned and sanitized at all times and they're the ONLY store I've seen that's been that dedicated. That alone makes it worth the extra prices.

It's a great place to relax, though it depends. There are many ducks. If their hungry, they will be quaking a lot. They love to follow you aha. Bathrooms and playground are located at this park as well. Bathrooms are never clean and are full of critters. Playground has many things for children. There's pretty much a whole forest in the back, a mini trail with a little river and a bridge half way in there. Great place to walk your dog or just to take a nice stroll.

I really like fresh market. Their prices are within range and I haven't been treated like a thief. They have all the items I need and a better selection of goods than most of Walmart. Customer friendly and good shopping center.

The staff here was amazing! They helped my daughter find a salad that she didn't know the name of. The produce was very fresh and sweet. We bought a pre made sandwich for a picnic and the bread was so delicious. We're didn't buty one but check out the cake designs that have in the pictures below, so creative. We'll be going back.

Love this fresh market! And close and always has good deals on steak! And their pharmacy is seriously the best! They actually care about you and make sure your prescriptions are correct and ready to go in a timely manner, other places I have to wait a minimum of 60 mins which is crazy!!! Fresh market is seriously the best! Just went in today to fill my prescription and they had me out in under 10 minutes! I seriously cannot get over how fast they are!

This is the place you go when you don't have the time to go somewhere better. All the produce is extremely overpriced. I never buy more than 5 things when I come here and only because it's a 5 minute drive from my house. I boycott their avocados on principle. 3 stars because their staff is friendly and they always have short checkout lines.
