Larry H. Miller Provo Jeep dealership is a very customer friendly , professional dealership. They are outstanding in customer service from the person that answers the telephone, the cashier, mechanic and our outstanding service advisor Tony Love. I can't say enough great things about Tony Love. He looks you in the eye, greets you with a smile and really listens to what the customer is needing. Tony was able to work our Jeep in to be worked on in between appointments. He did not take the easy way out but sincerely helped us even though it was more work for himself. This happened on a Friday before Independence Day weekend. While others are leaving early to start their long holiday weekend Tony was busy taking care of his customers. We will be back to purchase more vehicles from this dealership. They are the BEST!

I was provided with excellent customer service in the service department. I brought my car in for one concern I believe to be an issue with my suspension, The Service advisor, Tony love went on and above And exceeding my expectations of service. His Team found the several mechanical issues in the suspension and Tony worked with the warranty company and communicated everything daily to me. I got my car back in a timely matter, working better then expected. I believe that everyone that has a vehicle should have their own personal service advisor and that’s why I make Provo Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram my personal mechanic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love coming here! It’s super clean. The service is the best! They are fast and so good at what they do! I love buying the maintenance packages 3 for $90. I was paying double that to just rotate tires and that is included with the oil change in the maintenance program. I bring my Jeeps that I bought from here all of the time, but just learned I could bring any car. So this time I also brought my mustang that I have had forever. This time Brennen took care of me. I showed up a few hours early because I had such a busy day. He took me right in and took great care of me. He made sure I knew the things about my car that would help it to last better and did not pressure me to do them. I really love that and I really trust him . They do have the best prices and they are not about the money! The service here is great! I also love the snacks and cold water on the soft leather couches while you wait.

Can’t recommend this dealership. Took my jeep in to have it looked at. Told them exactly what was wrong with it. Two weeks later they tell me it’s fixed, I go to pick it up it won’t start clearly not fixed. I leave it for another week, having to pretty much beg them to work on it. They end up telling me the radio is broken and is draining the battery. So instead of fixing it (too much paperwork) they disconnect the radio and send me on my way. I happily take it because I can live with out the radio but I need my car to drive and it had been three weeks. I’ll have to go to another dealership to get the radio fixed. My man Tony did me dirty here unfortunately. Just wasn’t willing to see it through all the way which I understand honestly because he didn’t want to have to deal with Enterprise (fleet manager) even tho it is part of his job.

I want to make a shout out to Tony Love. He took care of my car even though it took awhile to get my parts for it. He stayed in contact with me the whole time and sent me video's to show me what they were working on. I really appreciate the hospitality he gave me. As a female coming in not knowing anything on cars he made me feel at ease that he was taking care of me and not jerk me around cause i don't know any better. Thank you for being honest and treating me like a loyal customer.

This is the best Jeep dealership I have been too. I’ve been to 10+ Jeep dealerships in multiple states multiple times each, and the service here is superior. Tony Love with the service department hooked me up big time and truly knows the meaning of customer service. This is the only dealership I will go to and I highly recommend their services to anyone with a vehicle. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Natalia and Wyatt were great to work with. No pressure, they listened to what I wanted and had me test drive numerous vehicles until I found something I fell in love with. Buying cars is one of the most dreadful shopping experiences I have to deal with multiple times a year. And for once that wasn’t the case dealing with Wyatt at LHM. Finally I found a no BS, very communicative, thorough and easy work with sales rep. We were able get the deal locked in via phone and text and had a pleasant experience once at the dealership to pick up the jeep. We got the coolest color on the block and already putting it to use in the mountains. Thank you for making this the best car buying experience we’ve had.

Brought my 2021 Wrangler diesel in for the first oil change last week. That afternoon my wife was in the vehicle running errands and I noticed fresh oil drops on the garage floor. When she came back I noticed the underside of the engine, frame, suspension, and axle all had oil on them. Called and left a message for the service department (it was 6pm). Received message first thing next morning to bring it back. I did so after morning appointments. Was called a couple of hours later to say it was done. Service advisor said it was a bad oil filter seal or similar, so they replaced it and cleaned everything up. Get home and it is still dripping oil onto the garage floor and now holiday weekend. Crawl under and see oil still covering most of what it had been when I took it in.
