Absolutely awesome. I need a replacement bolt for a part that came loose on my motorcycle. After searching Home Depot for 20 minutes -unable to find a proper replacement- one of their sales associates pointed me to Bolt and Nut Supply. They were great! I was in and out in under 3 minutes, and the whole thing cost me just a couple dollars (including some thread-lock). Next time I need some esoteric, hard-to-find fastener, I'm heading here first.

Customer service was a little lacking. On the verge of being rude. Because we didn't know the exact terminology to describe the screws we were looking for. A month Pryer they helped and got exactly what we needed. This time the very same screws are no longer in existence.

Perfect place to buy any type of screw you can think of. The variety of every product is massive and customer service is great too, the only downside is that sometimes the wait is too long and they should have another part-time cashier or sales rep on mornings, as it is pretty busy. Other than that, all is perfect.

Easy to give 5 stars. Adam helped me with some roll pins. Didn't seem annoyed by my noobie questions, and he was patient. Got me exactly what I needed when I wasn't so sure myself about what it was. Fast & friendly. This will be the first place I go to next time. Neither Home Depot nor Lowe's had it. Dude at Home Depot didn't know what a roll pin was.
