I am just a homeowner with just enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I went in the 1st time with just one part of the backflow preventer that I thought was the problem. Sean really could have upsold me on whatever he thought would help fix my problem, but he advised me to be more thorough, and told me what to look for. I ended up going back home disconnecting the backflow, and brought in the whole thing. Even though he was clearly understaffed and being pulled in multiple directions, he took the time to disassemble the backflow, educate me on what is what, sold me the parts I needed, with the instructions of do's and don'ts of getting it back together. Sure enough, I got home, followed his advice, and got it working again. It wasn't on my bucket list to get this familiar with backflow preventers, but I am glad I did. Now I don't have any more excuses for delaying my sprinkler fixes : ) Thanks Sean! You saved a guy who was in over his head.

These folks are amazing. I needed a component for my back flow preventer, all online shipping times were 2 weeks out at least. They had the parts in stock that I needed so I placed an order online not knowing the store was located in Salt Lake. Shawn went the extra mile to call me and notify me that the next day air shipping wasn’t necessary as my shipping address was local. He saved me $17 and time as well as he was able to change it to a pickup order. Here I was thinking I would have to wait until June for the parts and turns out I can have them in my hands in less than 24 hours. Truly incredible service and attention to detail. There’s a reason this place has nothing but good reviews, they’re awesome. I will suggest them to anyone I know looking for backflow parts, can’t say enough positive things.

This place is great! I took in a leaking backflow preventer valve and asked what parts I might need for repairing it. They quickly took the valve apart on the counter, found some grit, put it back together, and didn’t charge me a thing. It works great now. I don’t know much about these valves, so they could have easily taken advantage of me, but didn’t.

I don’t do this at all but I am amending my review. I had been given the wrong part for my system but Shawn made it right and didn’t charge me for the new one. I was impressed with the service and willingness to make it right. He refused to charge me for the part and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. That goes a long way in my book. I was frustrated by having to make two trips from the other end of the valley but Shawn made the effort to make it right. Thank you!
