Jason at Durk's earned a first stop customer with his amazing customer service. I told him I would include a request to his boss so, hear it is. Boss, you need to shake Jason's hand and thank him for being such a valuable representative of your business. I didn't spend a lot of money for this problem but you wouldn't know it from my experience. Jason took my problem and spent the time to take care of my every need as though I was spending thousands of dollars. He made sure he understood my situation and gave me a number of things I could do. We talked about pro's and cons and he helped me realize the best option. I was treated so well I will not only be a customer, I will take pleasure in recommending Durk's in Harrisville to anyone with plumbing needs. During the time I was there, I watched him treat every customer the same way. If they had a question, he took the time to answer it and make sure they understood. OUTSTANDING employee, great prices, and a very good variety of products. THANKS JASON

I am not a plumber. Just do occasional home plumbing projects. Staff always helps me find what I need and answer my questions. I have come here for irrigation and indoor plumbing parts and tools and have always had a positive experience.

This place is the best. The employees are always extremely helpful and friendly. They are always willing to help out the do-it-yourselfer. They have helped me out with everything from yard irrigation, to sump pumps, and everything in between. Although most of their business probably comes from professional plumbers and contractors, I have never been treated as not important because I was only buying one or two items. I highly recommend going here for any of your plumbing needs.

When I posted a bunch of these photos I wanted to write comments about each one of them and never really got to explain why some of them were taken. I think one of the most important things that anybody can come away with from Durk's is this. If you can, bring in whatever it is you're trying to repair at the very least take pictures of everything or drawn out or whatever it is you can because not only will the guy's help you rebuild/repair, but in most cases the help you simplify whatever it is that you're doing. Just like you can see in one of these photos of. That old drum drain trap doesn't even need to be used anymore it can be completely eliminated. Which was the cause of a lot of stress. Anyone who's dealt with it knows. ( and if you've got extra parts that weren't used no worries just bring them back and they'll refund you. Anyway thanks guys....Oh and one more thing, make sure that you've grabbed everything that you purchased, they might just leave pipe outside for you to grab rather than bringing it in for you to haul back out or to put back on your truck, or on top of your vehicle. If they do those things it's a courtesy. Thanks again (They sell snow shovels and water softeners!!!) Please like my review if you find it helpful! 👍

Small little plumbing store. Customer service was above and beyond fantastic. Gave us some information about sink faucets and even pointed us in the direction of a cheaper price faucet just like the one he had on display and printed us off a paper with the product number so that we could find the exact version somewhere else. Didn't buy anything, left happier than arrived though.

I walked in here with very "Lowe" expectations, I was wrong! Awesome staff, both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and helpful; I got everything I needed and was on my way. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Great job fellas.
