I am in the parking lot writing this review. Hector is the branch manager at this location. He went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues I had with my account. He even set me up an appointment with another banker to discuss a different option for my personal banking needs. Hector you are awesome!! Thanks!!!!

I’m fine with socializing but the lady working the drive up window flirted with the car next to me for 10+ minutes before even saying hello to me like I wasn’t even there.

Excellent customer service from Ms.Jessica Bonnett at this Wells Fargo branch. She is very courteous, personable and a true professional. She helped expedite the wire transfer. It was a swift and excellent service. I would highly recommend this branch.

So I went to cash a 199$ dollar check to pay my babysitter and me who always gets cash out with a teller and never once have missed money but first time coming here they forgot to put 50$ dollars and now it’s my fault and I can’t do nothing about it so I lose my hard working money but some lady named Isabella or something like that, and get this she’s there best employee so I’m the one lying. We even told please check the cameras but nope they can’t do that sadly so I will be leaving this bank for better one that will actually give me my money.

I was checking in for some wires company Allstate taking out the payment out of my bank account. The lady at front desk said I should call for an appointment and I said I did call customer service and it took long time so I decided to come on in to the bank. Immediately Julie came out from her office and said hey Michael come to my office I follow her and she helps me with my needs Julie is so awesome 👏🏿 lady. She deserved a promotion helping customers quickly within that bank is her priority. and I kind of love that. Clean office and easy/ accessible parking lot available for customers.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 30 years and tried to deposit $200k and add a signer to one of my accounts and have never been treated so rude in my life. I left and will go to another bank from now on. 30 years of loyalty is worth nothing to this branch!

The company I work for has business accounts with you guys. I went today to make change. I work customer service and this branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went up to the window and made like a $6 mistake on my paper. Whomever was helping me ridiculed me and said “I don’t know how you even did this, like were you thinking about nickels” and laughed. Like people make mistakes. I hope you guys can better train your employees with customer service I am absolutely appalled by his response, super unprofessional.

We have a business account with Wells Fargo and this branch with Noe, and I think the other ones name is Larry, has the worst service I have had from a bank EVER! I honestly think they don't want my business! I will go somewhere that is interested in me as a customer!

I send money from work to be changed out to smaller bills , coins, etc. The last four times, and many others, they have been incorrect. I say i need 20 - $1 bills and instead i get 1- $20 bill. The only bills i sent to change out were $20 dollar bills.... why would i send a $20 to get changed out to another $20. How is this difficult? please teach your tellers how to count money.

I give 2 stars because everyone was nice and helpful when I was actually there but they messed up big time. I lost my debit card and right away went to the closest Wells Fargo to close the card and get a temp. card and order a new one in the mail. After sitting down with the employee and asking lots of questions and getting my temp. card, I was told the card would work right away and the other card had been closed. Perfect. I went about my day and waited for the permanent card in the mail. 3 weeks later still no card in the mail. The temp. card only works for a month so I am getting a little curious where it could be but I decided to wait a little longer hoping it'll show up. I'm out to lunch and my card is declined and a message comes up telling to to call my bank. I call and they tell me my lost card was never closed and is still in fact active and they never sent me a permanent card and they don't even know how the temp. card has been working all this time. So if someone had my lost card they could've been using it the whole 3 weeks when I got 2 paychecks over that time. So now I'm left with no way to play for my meal and possible stolen funds and the lady tells me there's nothing they can do. They original employee obviously had no idea what they were doing and we all make mistakes but that kind can not be made when so much is on the line.
