I've never had a problem at this branch. The tellers and other employees are professional and nice to work with. The only thing I don't like is the location of the tellers. It's around the back to the left of the lobby entrance. There is a sign, but it just seems a bit strange.

I went to make a withdrawal today through the drive up window and was assisted by (Morgan) unprofessional and rude, she already had an attitude when I filled out my withdrawal slip and then proceeded to just hand me my money and walk away without saying a single word super impolite it’s unfortunate because every single time I come to this branch I get treated respectfully and get helped so kindly I have never been more disappointed with Chase and their customer service here.

This Branch manager Jeremiah Cornia should be turn-in to bank’s internal investigation for abusing, bureaucratic and numerous complaints about his attitude towards depositors and customers. Even refusing deposits of the life saving Economic Impact Payments checks issued by US Government. After taking the check to other branch and successfully deposited, we realized it’s just him. This Chase is a good bank and need to weed out some bad seeds like him occasionally!!!

My company has been making deposits at this bank since they opened. One day the branch manager was running the drive through and he refused to take my deposits. I explained that they haven't had an issue for years. I went to the branch on Washington Blvd. and they accepted my depsoit no problem.

Woooow... they close at 6pm. It's 5:05pm! We went in just to deposit CASH into an account. The two ladies acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that we came in so late.. Like they were making little remarks about how she had already closed out her til and now she has to recount they just seemed bugged by us coming in... thanks Chase. This is why I have never banked with you and after this experience I don't really plan on it!.. no class customer service.

When you have to offer new customers $500 to get them to open accounts at your bank, then you know something is seriously wrong with the rest of your business! There is a general lack of respect for customers and unwillingness to treat people fairly at Chase. I have closed all accounts and credit cards. AVOID CHASE!
