Made an appointment for a notary. Showed up at my time and was told there isn’t a notary scheduled to be in for 3 more hours. Maybe call to confirm your appointment if you use their service b/c apparently their confirmation emails mean nothing.

I recently shared my experience printing few pages at UPS Williston location. Today I was in need of printing one page and scanning one document. I was downtown Burlington so I stopped by this UPS store on S Winooski Ave. Not only that Caitlyn helped me within few minutes, she didn't even bother charging me for it, with words ' don't worry about it! ' !!! She also HAD to loose time like Steve did at Williston location, but she was SUPER cool about it and MORE then happy to do it!!! That's what I call AMAZING customer service and that's how you make sure customers WILL come back to this location! I strongly recommend this store!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE WHEN IT COUNTS! My mother is stage 4 cancer is all she wanted was a specific cake from a local bakery here in VT. The only problem was that she lives over 3,000 miles away in California. I called the owner of the Burlington UPS Store John Clark and asked how to handle this and he was AMAZING. He told me to freeze the cake and he helped me put it in a cooler with dozens of freezer packs and then he stuck it in the freezer until it was picked up and shipped overnight. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for him and his staff. THANK YOU JOHN!

This UPS Store is one of the BEST! Jason, the manager, and the staff are AMAZING! They are quick to assist me and my daughter when we need help, and they are quite knowledgeable about printing. I have a mailbox and I have a business and I have used them a lot to ship my products nationwide. They always help me and are speedy when assisting me with packaging and shipping. With the courteousness and efficiency of the staff there, I would refer anyone to this location!

If I could give them a ZERO, I would!!!!! We shipped several oversized boxes from our local UPS store to this store. Before shipping, I spoke with a staff person in this store who stated "the storage fee would be $5". When I arrived, the cost was $160. The very rude worker "who runs the place" called his manager to reduce the cost to $40, still not the $5 per box I was quoted. (So much for running the place 😁) I will have to ship more items, but NOT TO THIS LOCATION. Besides, the rude worker said he "don't care anywhere". Customer service is everything. My recommendation - don't use this location!

I emailed a large order to be printed-7 double sided pages 50 copies each. When I went in to pick up they had stapled them into 50 packets which I didn't request. (I give out different pages of information to different people depending on the information they specifically need.) When I mentioned that I hadn't wanted them to staple them together but it was no big deal, I could just unstaple them, the girl acted like I was a complete crazy unreasonable idiot. My entire experience from walking in the door through paying was unpleasant. Both the girl that waited on me and the guy working with her made me feel like I was an imposition with not only what they said, but their demeanor. Furthermore, when I got home, I found that one of the pages was completely blurred and unreadable. Now I have to pay to have 50 pages reprinted at Staples or FedEx, drive an hour back to Burlington to pick them up, and also have to unstaple all 50 packets anyway. I would NEVER go back to this UPS store location again.

Some of the staff are very helpful and others are quite careless. My sister-in-law had a great experience shipping her things, but I did not. I shipped a number of books and other items with them last week and the two people who helped me assured that they would pack them well and take care of everything for me. My most fragile items were packed very well, but all of my books were thrown into one big box without any packing materials. Since the box was not full, the books moved around and many of them got damaged. The box was also so heavy that I could not carry it from the place it was delivered to my home. I had to open it and carry the books in several bags and crates. I just called to claim the insurance I paid for on the box and the person who helped me on the phone was nice about it and helpful, so we'll see what happens.
