This was my first time here and I was disappointed in the food I received. - The salmon burger was too salty. - The beef burger was dry even though the color showed medium rare. - Our fried chicken was also dry and difficult to chew. - I would have liked the sauces to be thicker as well. The sauces were quite runny - dripping messily - and not satisfactory for dipping nor layering on anything. *These sauces did have good flavor however. * I also enjoyed both our french and sweet potato fries. Overall it seemed like the people at Island Burger were sleepwalking through their service on this particular day. Server made the effort to be friendly, but half way through the interaction I got a bad vibe - a slightly off-putting attitude. Constructively speaking, I hope things improve at this restaurant, but I won’t be going out of my way to get food here. Customer service makes or breaks it for me.

Some days the food is amazing & some days the food is served cold 😵💫 . The customer service is always with an attitude no greeting or anything. While trying to place your order the music is blasting loudly lol make it make sense 😂. Also I feel energy very well & the energy just feels like they want to WAR with you when in all reality I just want to purchase my food 😶. You can tell they want you to give the same nasty attitude back but you must kill people with kindness & shoot down their pride. I am an Afro-Haitian queen & am only trying to grow as a woman & not feed into the unnecessary catty behavior. Remember misery loves company and misery doesn’t live here. Blessings ladies.

I use to come here all the time and today was reminded why I don’t go here anymore and rather go to bbq across the street, Customer service was horrible and wait time was 37 min after I had to complain when it reached 30 minutes. I was then gave attitude and sloppy service when my bag was prepared and was told to give 10 cents if I wanted a proper bag. I will never come back here again and I came here to buy a burger for a friend as a recommendation but never again untill they get better employees and treat consumers like other respect ps:presentation and empathy are key to a successful business.

I came in excited to try a fun twist on a well-made burger. Overall, the food was by no means bad, but I was a little underwhelmed. The highlight of our experience was the sauces. The garlic and tamarind sauces were both really delicious and flavorful! The cilantro and hot sauces were good too, although the mango chutney didn't taste like much of anything. We had an Island Burger, chicken strips, fries, and potato salad. The burger came with lettuce and a slice of pineapple that had clearly come right out of a can. They forgot the cole slaw and the sauce was on the side. After adding the missing cole slaw and garlic sauce, the burger was pretty good! Everything else was very middle-of-the-road - the fries and potato salad were good but needed salt (they didn't have any for us to add), and the fried chicken strips were exactly as expected. The service could have been better. The staff were a bit hostile while taking our order, and they were blasting pop on the radio, which made it hard to chat and dine in comfortably. This is probably a better place to take out from for that reason. I know I shouldn't expect a gourmet experience from a place like this, but at this price point, I expected a bit more. To me, the only reason to choose Island Burger over the McDonald's around the corner was the sauces.

Burgers are deliciously juicy and flavorful and also filling. There's a lot of meat to each burger. These characteristics makes for a satisfying meal. Bread is sturdy enough that it doesn't fall apart. Burgers tend to be tall. Fries are delicious. Salads are great too! They have several options. Grill salmon salad is delicious, it came with some pieces of mango and cucumber. A pleasant surprise and made for a tropical treat. Food is made to order, and there's usually a line so it can be a bit of a wait to receive your order. They take cash and credit card, so it's convenient.

They were great at first but fell off crazy. Chicken could be good one day, next day you can smell a word scent coming from the chicken. Sometimes fries aren’t even cooked all the way. There’s one girl that works in the front with an attitude who knows nothing of customer service.

This is the best Island burger location. Personal are friendly and professional. Restaurant is very clean with A GRADE .I tried their Utica located one yesterday which was awful . Beware or you order from REAL ISLAND

We ordered 2 salmon burgers and 2 regular burgers, salmon tasted like tuna and extremely salty,fries were cold and looked reheated,never ever would I or my family buy from this place expensive and not good .....trash
