They're open 24hrs a day so that's great however I feel They're understaffed because it gets extremely crowded and you do see fights occasionally.

*Previous review with 2 ⭐ ⭐ -Long wait and staff are all over the place without organization. 11//2/22 @ 4:48pm I placed my coffee order while seating at a table. 4:54pm I walked to the mobile order line and picked it up to only taste my coffee was lukewarm. I informed the manager who had given it to me. Only for him to tell me "well it's been seating on the counter for a while". As I said to him I placed the order 6 minutes ago. So he went and poured me another one. I grabbed it and walked away only to go back to tell its lukewarm. He said it was not and that's when I poured it on the back of my hand without flinching. He immediately offered to brew a fresh one and I respectfully decline. Because that should have been his first offer to make things right in the first place rather then blaming me.

Sometimes I am in and out of this McDonald’s and sometimes I here waiting for a long time. I can say that my in and out experiences are greater than my 20 min wait experiences.

It’s a McDonald’s can’t really expect much other then cleanliness and fast service which this one does have. Not too far from belt parkway either.

Upon entering the customer in front of me was wrapping up so I was able to walk to the counter but to my surprise the worker (an Asian guy) ignored me for 20mins until his co worker finally took my order. Very unacceptable after getting off work 12am

Another night of waiting no less than 20 mins to be greeted to place my order aside from the additional 20+ Minutes you wait regardless what the order amount is smh. Just horrible wish there were others open this late in the immediate area

No small coffee served, only medium and large. The cream and sugar is added by the staff. The coffee was dark and bitter as though it was several hours old. The coke that I got from the dispenser tasted like something different as if the dispenser had the syrups switched. The fish sandwich and the burgers were good. They did not give enough napkins and ketchup to go along with the two orders of medium fries.

Always quick and effective service . Good job guys , l wish all McDonalds do same . 2 cheeseburgers and cola was ready in 4 minutes . (Order and pick-up includes).
