I've contemplated leaving an order but this is the third time this location has either forgotten items or given me the wrong order. As someone who has worked at Chipotle before it is mind boggling how they send out food that doesn't match the order. It's ridiculous at this point. Either go into the store or shop elsewhere. I ordered a veggie bowl with chips and did not get chips or guacamole or fajitas. If you don't have the ingredients then don't confirm the order. Jfc

They only dropped in service because they gave me the wrong order on pick up but I love the food so much. I order from this particular chipotle a few times because they are the only ones available. I always get way less than what i ask for every single time ...can't be out here paying almost $25 for nothing .....y'all gotta get it together because y'all stealing from ppl...and i ordered from uber eats where they can control what they put ...just sad honestly

ZERO Stars everytime I go there they never have anything but attitude but want to literally charge you for everything. A lot of cross contamination between the meats and the vegetarian options. Seating area is always messy. Employees aren't very welcoming or have the best of attitude at all. When they do have anything they barley give you your money's worth. Wouldn't recommend going to the Chipotle location. Zero Stars.

Where do I begin? This is the second or third time in a month I've been to this location and I haven't been able to order and leave without something happening. Today was the final straw. I arrived in the middle of the early afternoon to stand in the always ridiculously long line for 30 mins. for one of the worker's to announce that there was no more steak...no more cheese....and there would be no white rice for at least 45 minutes. I went past the line, up to the counter, looked in the food containers, and left. Judging by my review and many others this location is consistently one of the worst in Brooklyn. Please work on the issues detailed here and in the countless other reviews listed for this location.

Spare yourself the wasted time, money and irritation. Online ordering will always result in failure as this location is unorganized and unprofessional. I believe this is a result of poor management/staff. On the off chance, you may be able to go in person and get food right when they open, but anytime after that...good luck.

This location is always a problem, it’s either they don’t have certain items or they’re understaffed but it’s always something the lines are always long wrapping around the door but yet they only have one person working the line while everyone else spins around in circles… Customers are always upset and most definitely have a reason to be,The cleanliness of the store suck overall management needs to do better or just shut this location down

At this point, this location needs to close. I'm not happy and I consistently see other guests unhappy. Its gonna take a huge turnaround from this location's staff to please the neighborhood but I think the trust and confidence is already gone. The tall manager with the cornrows should never address guests. Very unpleasant employee who only adds stress to situations.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I decided to give it a try and see for myself. Can't say I had any complaints. Staff seemed nice and working hard to take care of the long line. I ordered for pick up on the app and the lady that made and handed my bowl was nice. The food was just as expected and made well. Nice amount of each ingredient, wasn't cheap and tasted fresh. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I am totally and utterly disappointed with the food at this location. I bought a burrito and guacamole and chips on the side. The burrito is tasteless and lacks a proper portion of meat. The chips are soggy and bendable and oily. I feel like I would've been better off setting my money on fire than to eat this garbage. I know for certain, I will not be back. People work too hard for their money to spend it on below average food and poor customer service.
