This was my first time to this subway. Waited a bit for someone to come from the back even though the door did chime when I arrived. Service was okay. But once I got to work to eat sandwich not so wonderful the cucumbers were slimey and made the whole sandwich pretty gross. Also more expensive then any other subways I've been too lately

Stopped in 5:00 on a Friday and despite the door chime announcing my presence no one can to take my order. Waited for about 5 minutes and still no employees. Gave up

The people that work at this subways are always very friendly and courteous. The manager always smiles at her customers...I've never seen any employee upset, mad or rude towards the customers! I go here frequently and they ALWAYS give me good friendly warm service. The food always seems to be satisfying and good . I will continue to give them my service because they treat me well and respect me.

Recently went into Subway in Manchester, VT. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group. There was only one other patron in the place and he was already seated and eating. There were two employees. They were working on an online order of 9 sandwiches. They would not take our order until the online order was completed and they had only one sandwich of nine completed. Not happy that one of the employees could not take our order and that it took both of them to make the remaining 8 sandwiches of the online order. Not only would they not take our order, but told us that it would only be a few minutes, which was clearly untrue as they had 8 more sandwiches to make. Customer service skills lacking!!

It's good. The food is good, you just need to know what your going to get... It's an ish place in my mind, but you need to try it out for you your self, have an open mind, it's not bad...

As Subways go, this place exists to serve you, pretty identical to all other fast-food Subways. Very easy parking. Easy to walk to. Free wi-fi.
